The villa is located in the prominent Statenkwartier, within walking distance from the many shops, the beach at Scheveningen and the harbour. There is a spacious garden at the front of the house and a deep garden at the rear, with all sorts of play possibilities for children, including a trampoline, a hockey/football field, swings, etc. The first bedroom with a lovely bathroom is located on the first floor, as is the indoor swimming pool.
