Acacia
This comfortable detached holiday villa is situated in a spaciously laid out villa park only 25 km distance from the town of Assen. Here in holiday villa Acacia, on the edge of the beautiful Drenthe Hondsrug area, you can enjoy peace and quiet, space and comfort. The villas are pleasantly situated in the park; partially directly on the waterfront, partially adjacent to the open field or Drenthe embankment. The villas are privately owned and can vary from each other as far as furnishing and layout are concerned. Each holiday villa has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. On the ground floor you find one of the three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower facility or bath. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor. Acacia has a spacious garden. As a guest of Acacia you can make use of the facilities of the adjacent recreation park of which the villa park forms part. There are various playgrounds, as well as a pétanque area, a table-tennis table, a football field and a fishing pond. In addition to this is a heated open-air swimming pool* with a separate small children’s pool, recreation pool, slide and spacious meadows where you can sunbathe. You can also visit the recreation park for lunch, dinner or a drink at the bar* in the cosy café. When the weather is nice you can relax on the beach in front of the café. Approximately 2 kilometres from the park you can find the Semslanden Golf club which has an 18 hole Championship course. The golf course is highly commended by many in the area, and is a challenge for any advanced player. The surroundings of holiday home Acacia offers a variety of options for the visitor. Apart from a versatile nature there are also numerous cultural and entertainment options worth paying a visit to, for example the Bourtange Settlement, Eexterzandvoort sauna or the Noorder Dierenpark (zoo) in Emmen. You can also visit the Borger megalithic centre, Verkeerspark Assen (Educational traffic park) and the Drents Museum in Assen. Speelstad Oranje (children’s amusement park) is highly recommended for young children. * The swimming pool and restaurant are open every day from May till early September. Beyond that there are limited opening times for the restaurant. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary.

SR377 Original Comfort Cottage
Drenthe staat vooral bekend om zijn schitterende purperen heidevelden, veenbossen en weilanden. Sandur biedt nog iets extra’s: De Grote Rietplas, een uitgestrekt recreatiemeer waar u kunt surfen, zeilen en waterfietsen. Verspreid over kleine schiereilandjes liggen fraaie cottages, met vaak een wijds uitzicht over het water. Emmen, met zijn dierenpark en grootste overdekte winkelcentrum van Noord-Nederland, is dichtbij, net als het Veenpark, een gezellig familiepark met openlucht museum.
Logement Bakker
Deze sfeervolle woonboerderij met grote woonkamer en keuken staat aan de rand van het Drents-Friese Wold. Het vakantiehuis is geschikt voor maximaal zeven volwassenen, vier kinderen en twee baby’s. Op de eerste etage vind je twee slaapkamers, ieder voorzien van één tweepersoonsbed en twee bedden geschikt voor kinderen tot twaalf jaar. In de woonkamer staat een grote eetkamertafel waar je gezellig kunt natafelen. Is er een pianist in het gezelschap? Dan kan die een deuntje spelen op de piano. Via de openslaande deuren in de woonkamer loop je het terras op en kijk je in de prachtige tuin met boomhut, schommel en trampoline. De tuin is deels met een heg afgeschermd, zodat je voldoende privacy hebt als gast van het vakantiehuis. Binnen een paar minuten loop je naar de es, het hunebed, het Drents-Friese Wold en naar het centrum van Diever. Het Drents-Friese Wold bestaat uit bos, heide en stuifzanden. Op fietsafstand vind je het Nationaal Park Dwingelderveld. Het derde Nationale Park Weerribben-de Wieden kun je per auto bereiken en maakt een dagje Giethoorn mogelijk. Met kinderen is een bezoek aan Dierenpark Emmen een aanrader. Let op: als huisdier zijn zijn enkel honden toegestaan.
Villapark Akenveen
De vrijstaande vakantiehuizen liggen verspreid over het waterrijke Villapark Ankeveen. Ze zijn verzorgd ingericht en liggen op ruime kavels. Je hebt de keuze uit een 4-pers. variant (NL-9482-01) of een 6-pers. variant (NL-9482-02). Bij deze laatste beschik je over een 2-pers. bedstee of een 2-pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer. Alle huizen beschikken over een tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair.
