Doldersummer

The Doldersummer holiday home is situated in a small-scale peaceful holiday park, in an afforested area by the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold nature reserve. In the near vicinity of the village of Doldersum you will find the villages of Diever, Dwingeloo and Vledder. This is an ideal place if you are looking for peace and quiet, space and nature. Via the hallway of the holiday home you gain access to the modern open-plan kitchen of Doldersummer. Adjacent you will find the spacious and light living room with woodstove. From the living room you are treated to a wide view across the pasture with many sheep and lambs. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom which can be reached via some steps. The bathroom comes with a beautiful walk-in shower. In the green garden there are various spots where you can lean back, read a book, drink a glass of wine and listen to the twittering birds. The Drents-Friese Wold national park is one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. The park consists of approximately 6000 hectares of woodland and heathland. There are more than 130 kilometres of walking trails available. It is also possible to go cycling or horse-back riding. Big towns such as Heerenveen, Assen and Meppel are within easy reach by car.
