De woning is voorzien van alle luxe en comfort en ligt in een Engelse landschapstuin van ruim 2 hectare. U heeft een privé buitenzwembad en een eigen golfterrein met 9 holes! Op een eilandje midden in het ven in de tuin staat een prieel waar u heerlijk kunt vertoeven. Wanneer u op zoek bent naar een bijzonder locatie midden in de natuur waar u rust en ruimte vindt met uw familie, vrienden of uw team, dan is deze woning een perfecte keuze. Let op! Zwembad kan ook overdekt gebruikt worden. EXTRA INFORMATIE: Direct naast de woning is een kleinschalig conferentiecentrum. Er is een restaurant, er zijn cursusruimtes en er is een theatertje. Deze ruimtes kunnen in overleg gebruikt worden voor zakelijke en feestelijke bijeenkomsten. Ook zijn er diverse andere mogelijkheden zoals outdoor-activiteiten, wijnproeverijen en culinaire mogelijkheden (catering of gastkok). Het huisgedeelte van de tuin en het zwembad zijn exclusief voor de huisbewoners. De rest van de 2 hectare grote landschapstuin kan ook door gasten van het conferentiecentrum gebruikt worden. Dit zal in weekenden en vakanties niet vaak het geval zijn. In goed onderling overleg proberen we overlast te voorkomen.

De vrijstaande 6-pers. landhuizen zijn opgedeeld in twee categorieën; De NL-9414-01 zijn de landhuizen met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers en de NL-9414-02 zijn de huizen met drie slaapkamers en één badkamer. De vrijstaande 8-pers. landhuizen zijn opgedeeld in drie categorieën; De NL-9414-13 zijn de landhuizen met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. De NL-9414-11 zijn de huizen met drie slaapkamers en één badkamer. Er is tevens een 8-pers. variant met 4 slaapkamers, of drie slaapkamers en een bedstede op de overloop (NL-9414-12). Er is een 10-pers. villa met sauna (NL-9414-14). Als laatste is er een 12-pers. variant (NL-9414-08). De huizen kunnen binnen de categorieën zowel van binnen als van buiten verschillend zijn, maar zijn alle modern, comfortabel, compleet en luxe ingericht. Ze liggen op ruime kavels en hebben allemaal een eigen karakter, van traditionele bouw (sommige zelfs met een rieten dak), tot modern. The Doldersummer holiday home is situated in a small-scale peaceful holiday park, in an afforested area by the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold nature reserve. In the near vicinity of the village of Doldersum you will find the villages of Diever, Dwingeloo and Vledder. This is an ideal place if you are looking for peace and quiet, space and nature. Via the hallway of the holiday home you gain access to the modern open-plan kitchen of Doldersummer. Adjacent you will find the spacious and light living room with woodstove. From the living room you are treated to a wide view across the pasture with many sheep and lambs. There are two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom which can be reached via some steps. The bathroom comes with a beautiful walk-in shower. In the green garden there are various spots where you can lean back, read a book, drink a glass of wine and listen to the twittering birds. The Drents-Friese Wold national park is one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. The park consists of approximately 6000 hectares of woodland and heathland. There are more than 130 kilometres of walking trails available. It is also possible to go cycling or horse-back riding. Big towns such as Heerenveen, Assen and Meppel are within easy reach by car.
