Vakantiehuis Bungalow Type F ligt op een 35 hectare groot landgoed in de provincie Drenthe, aan de rand van een beschermd natuurgebied en vlak bij Hooghalen. Door deze centrale ligging vormt vakantiehuis Bungalow Type F een ideale uitvalsbasis voor dagjes uit en het maken van wandel- en fietstochten door de uitgestrekte natuur. In slechts vijf minuten rijdt u vanaf Bungalow Type F naar de leuke winkelstad Assen en binnen een half uur bent u al in de historische stad Groningen. Op het kleinschalige park van vakantiehuis Bungalow Type F vindt u bovendien een (binnen)zwembad en een goed restaurant. In de woonkamer van Bungalow Type F vindt u een comfortabele zithoek met een televisie. Er staat een grote eettafel waar u met zijn allen van een goede maaltijd kunt genieten. Na het eten zet u alle vaat gemakkelijk in de vaatwasser die zich in de moderne open keuken bevindt. Via de openslaande deuren komt u op het ruim gemeubileerde terras. Hier kunt u met een heerlijk glas wijn of een kopje koffie nagenieten van de maaltijd. Op de begane grond van vakantiehuis Bungalow Type F vindt u twee van de zes slaapkamers en een badkamer met douche en twee wastafels. Wanneer u op de eerste etage aankomt vindt u de andere vier slaapkamers. Daarnaast is er nog een tweede badkamer met douche en twee wastafels. Kortom; in vakantiehuis Bungalow Type F is er genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Vanuit vakantiehuis Bungalow Type F loopt u zo het bos en de heidevelden in waar de Schotse Hooglanders grazen. Op het park zelf vindt u onder meer een overdekt zwembad met sauna en Turks stoombad, een restaurant en een bruin café. Voor de kinderen is er een kinderclub, junglebos, air trampoline en speeltuinen. U kunt dagelijks gebruikmaken van alle voorzieningen op het park. Tijdens het voor- en naseizoen kunnen faciliteiten beperkt geopend zijn. De indeling/inrichting, exterieur en ligging van de vakantiehuizen kan onderling verschillen. Op het park worden momenteel woningen bijgebouwd. Het beheer van het park zal alles in het werk stellen om mogelijke overlast tot een minimum te beperken.

The Type D holiday home is situated in a 35 hectare country estate in the province of Drenthe, on the edge of a protected nature reserve and close to Hooghalen. Thanks to this central location the Type D holiday home forms an ideal base for day trips and for walking and cycling tours through the vast natural landscape. Within only five minutes you can drive from Type D to the pleasant shopping town of Assen and within half an hour you already find yourself in the historical town of Groningen. Moreover, in the small-scale park of the De Ekster you will find an (indoor) swimming pool and a good restaurant. On the ground floor of Type D you find the living room with French windows or sliding doors giving access to the furnished terrace. The seating area has a television and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Finally there is a dining table seating six. One of the bathrooms and one bedroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor you can find the second bathroom and the other two bedrooms. From the Type D holiday home you walk directly into the woods and the heathlands where you can find grazing Scottish Highlanders. In the park itself there is, among other things, a covered swimming pool with sauna and Turkish steam bath, a restaurant and a pub. For the youngsters there is a children’s club, a jungle forest, a bouncy castle, and there are playgrounds. You can make use of all the facilities in the park every day. During the early and late season facilities will remain open for limited periods. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. Even though precautions will be taken in order to cause as little invonvenience as possible, we would like to inform you that construction activies will take place.
Landgoed Het Grote Zand
De vrijstaande landhuizen zijn opgedeeld in twee categorieën; De NL-9414-01 zijn de landhuizen met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers en de NL-9414-02 zijn de huizen met drie slaapkamers en één badkamer. De huizen kunnen binnen de categorieën zowel van binnen als van buiten verschillend zijn, maar zijn alle modern, comfortabel, compleet en luxe ingericht. Ze liggen op ruime kavels en hebben allemaal een eigen karakter, van traditionele bouw (sommige zelfs met een rieten dak), tot modern. Vanuit de woonkamer bereikt u via openslaande deuren het terras met tuinmeubelen.
