A lovely holiday home situated along the water’s edge within a small scale marine park in the well known and cosy fishing village of Lemmer, just a 20 minute drive from Sneek. You can sail onto the Friesian lakes and the Ijsselmeer right from your very own landing stage. So an ideal spot for sailing and water sports enthusiasts! If you are more of a beach lover, then you will certainly be able to enjoy yourself at the Ijsselmeer beach (approximately 1 km away). There is plenty of space for flying kites on the dike and cyclists can make some wonderful trips through the Gaasterland forests. De Lemmer 13 has been comfortably furnished for 4 people. The living room and open kitchen offer beautiful views across the water. The home is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, all situated on ground floor. The marina park is located in the heart of the dynamic recreational area, which covers no less than three natural and culture rich provinces: Friesland, Flevoland and Overijssel. The water along which the holiday homes are located are openly connected to all these fantastic water sports areas. Don’t you have your own boat? Then you can simply hire a sloop, tour or fishing boat via the park, which can be moored up at your holiday home. The park also boasts its own restaurant called De Eerste Aanleg, which is once again situated directly at the water’s edge. This isn’t just a great place for a delicious meal or refreshing drink in the pub, it’s also the perfect solution for any forgotten shopping. We can offer several houses within this park. Waterpark Zwartkruis
De riante en zeer luxe afgewerkte vrijstaande waterpaviljoens staan verspreid over het park. Er zijn twee type villa’s; de Zilvermeeuw en de Goudplevier. Deze zijn weer onderverdeeld in comfort en wellnessvarianten en zijn te boeken in verschillende groottes van 6- tot 14-personen. Het verschil tussen de Zilvermeeuw en de Goudplevier is de woonoppervlakte. De Goudplevier is 28 m2 groter. Alle villa’s beschikken over een 6-pits gasfornuis, een vrijstaande berging, twee parkeerplaatsen en een loopsteiger naar de entree. De wellnessvarianten (6-pers. NL-9257-01, 6-pers. NL-9257-02, 8-pers. NL-9257-08, 10-pers. NL-9257-04 en 12-pers. NL-9257-05) beschikken tevens over een infrarood of traditionele sauna. Alle paviljoens beschikken over een voortuin. Via een schuifdeur bereik je de veranda en steiger met tuinmeubilair.
Vakantiepark de Kuilart
De vrijstaande bungalows op Vakantiepark de Kuilart zijn alle verzorgd ingericht en beschikbaar in verschillende luxe. Je hebt de keuze uit enkele 6-pers. bungalows. Type Bungalow Budget (NL-8723-05) is eenvoudig, maar verzorgd ingericht. Dit type is er ook in een uitvoering aan het water (NL-8723-06). De Bungalow Comfort (NL-8723-07) is voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken zoals een afwasmachine en beschikt over sfeervolle extra’s zoals een open haard. Type Bungalow Luxe (NL-8723-08) ligt direct aan het water heeft een verdieping. Het type Bungalow Luxe Wellness (NL-8723-09) heeft heerlijke faciliteiten zoals; een whirlpool, infrarood sauna (1-pers.) en stoomdouche. Elke accommodatie beschikt over een eigen terras met tuinmeubilair.
