In ‘t Bos (14p) is a luxuriously furnished group accommodation in a small scale holiday park surrounded by woodlands. Within a minute’s walk you will find a beautiful nature reserve with a watchtower and the lively centre of Winterswijk is only three kilometres away. The accommodation is an ideal location to enjoy the peace, quiet and nature and to take various daytrips in the local area. In ‘t Bos consists of two holiday apartments which are situated next to each other. They are in a beautiful building which accommodates in total five apartments. Both holiday apartments have their own access, a spacious private terrace, and offer a lot of privacy. By means of a garden door both the terraces can be connected. By rearranging the chairs there is then sufficient space to sit together, both inside and outside. On entrance in both apartments the modern furnishing immediately catches the eye. The living rooms have a large seating area with a designer gas fireplace, where you can completely relax after a bracing walk in the woods. The open-plan kitchens are fully equipped and have, among other things, a micro wave and a dishwasher. You can enjoy a wonderful homemade meal or a good glass of wine at the large dining tables. Not in the mood to cook one day? About a hundred metres from In ‘t Bos you will find a nice restaurant. One of the holiday apartments has a total of four spacious bedrooms, the other three (every time one of which is on the ground floor). On the first floor you will find, besides two or three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and an infrared sauna. The In ‘t Bos group accommodation is ideal for fourteen people, but on request, it is also possible to book it for eighteen people (extra sleeping space is created using the foldaway beds, supplement of 25 euros per person per stay). Winterswijk is known for its quarry. On certain days you can even dig for minerals and fossils here. In the surroundings of Winterswijk there are plenty of opportunities to walk, cycle and to go horseback riding. No doubt, you will treat children to the greatest pleasure with a visit to the open-air Strandbad in Winterswijk and to the tropical swimming paradise in Bocholt (Germany).
