So there is plenty to do, but this place is in fact so lovely that in winter time you can easily ‘lock yourself in’for a week with a good book, and in summer you can continuously experience that real ‘beach feel’!

Achter een prachtige haag van paarse rodondendrons heeft u uw eigen terras. Het interieur van Berger cottage is zeer verzorgd en van hoogwaardige materialen voorzien. Alles is gelijkvloers. De woonkamer heeft bij de zithoek een flatscreen en voor de frissere avonden een sfeervolle (gas)haard. De open keuken is voorzien van alle luxe. Er is verder een ruime slaapkamer met openslaande tuindeuren. De aparte badkamer heeft een douche. De eigenaar is zo vriendelijk om twee fietsen ter beschikking te stellen. Hiermee fietst u binnen een kwartier naar Bergen aan zee voor een heerlijke dag op het strand. Berger cottage is een heerlijke plek waar rust, romantiek en genieten de sleutelwoorden zijn.

This delightful little cottage is situated on the edge of the village, near the forest and within walking and cycling distance of Bergen aan Zee. (It takes 10 minutes to walk into the town centre.) The cottage is situated at the back of the owner’s property in an exceptionally large garden surrounded by beautiful mature trees. You have complete privacy, your own veranda and an impressively large lawn that covers an area of 500 m2. This is a wonderfully quiet spot for two. The cottage is not very big, but it is wonderfully cosy. You enter the living room with its kitchen annex via the veranda. The living room leads to a double bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom with swing doors. Comfortably installed on the veranda with a good book to hand, enjoying the sunshine, listening to the birds and watching the cats playing around in the garden, you will be absolutely in your element!
