One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has two single beds and its own bathroom with shower and toilet. This ensuite bedroom is also suitable for disabled people. On the first floor are four bedrooms, each with two single beds and a flat screen TV. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Comfort Familievilla 10-pers. holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. Op Center Parcs Erperheide heb je, naast de vele faciliteiten voor jong en oud, een ruime keuze uit verschillende accommodaties. Zo zijn er de 4-pers. (BE-3990-03) en 5-pers. (BE-3990-04) Comfort cottages. Deze bungalows zijn verzorgd ingericht en beschikken over een gezellige openhaard. De BE-3990-04 beschikt naast de standaarduitrusting over een afwasmachine, een extra flatscreen op één van de slaapkamers en twee ligbedden op het terras. Er is tevens een 5-pers. Premium cottage (BE-3990-05). Dit type is wat moderner dan de Comfortvarianten en beschikt over een derde slaapkamer met een tienerbed. Bij het Premiumtype zijn bij aankomst de bedden opgemaakt, wel zo makkelijk! Als laatste zijn er de comfortabele 2-pers. appartementen (BE-3990-06), ideaal als je er eens lekker met z’n tweetjes tussenuit wil, maar wel faciliteiten bij de hand wil hebben. Alle accommodaties beschikken over een laminaatvloer in de woonkamer, terras met tuinmeubilair en kindermeubilair (kinderbed, -box, en -stoel waarbij in sommige bungalows het bedje en de box zijn vervangen door bedjes die ook als box gebruikt kunnen worden). Alleen de BE-3990-06 beschikt niet over kindermeubilair.

Dit fijne appartement ligt op de begane grond van een huis in Valkenburg. Vanaf hier loop je in circa 5 minuten naar treinstation van Valkenburg en in circa 10 minuten ben je in het historische centrum. Valkenburg is bekend vanwegen zijn zeer gezellige binnenstad met vele terrasjes, het pretpark de Valkenier, de mergelgrotten (waar elk jaar de kerstmarkten woren gehouden) en de Leeuw bierbrouwerij. Daarnaast heeft Valkenburg een groot casino en het wellness resort thermae 2000, kortom hier hoeft u zich niet te vervelen.
