De vrijstaande, gethematiseerde boerderijvilla’s staan verspreid over het ruim opgezette park. Ze zijn alle zeer comfortabel ingericht en beschikken over moderne gemakken als vloerverwarming, een Playstation 3 en draadloos internet. Deze monumentale woning bevindt zich in de dorpskern van het Zuid-Limburgse Mechelen, op steenworp afstand van restaurants, winkels en cafés. Het is een eeuwenoud vakantiehuis, onderdeel van een carréboerderij, dat deels teruggaat tot 1650. De vakantiewoning is gerenoveerd, maar wel met behoud van authentieke elementen. Erg bijzonder is dat het vakantiehuis ten tijde van Napoleon onderdak bood aan onderofficieren.
