The Wellness Villa holiday home has a unique location in the national park of De Maasduinen by the river Maas. At the holiday park, there are many facilities on offer, which will make your stay complete. A holiday in Maasland Wellness means a holiday in a versatile place surrounded by plenty of nature and culture. The Wellness Villa holiday home has a spacious and comfortable living room, with flat screen television and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and there are two bedrooms, with (in total) four single beds. One of the bedrooms also has a television. The bathroom has a bubble bath and separate shower. You can have a wonderful time in the traditional sauna with infra-red lights and the separate relaxation room. In addition, there is a washing machine in the holiday home and, in the garden, you will find the Jacuzzi. This villa does not allow pets or smokers. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. In the park of the Wellness Villa holiday home there is plenty to do. For example there is an indoor swimming pool with a paddling pool which is a good place to have a great time during bad weather. When the sun is shining and the weather is fine you can go to the leisure lake. The children can have a wonderful time in the water, whilst you are watching from the sandy beach. At the weekends and school holidays there is a recreational team present which will give your children the holiday of their life, while you enjoy your free time carefree. Outside the park of Wellness Villa there is also plenty to do. You can completely relax in the Thermaalbad Arcen (thermal bath), visit the beautiful castle gardens or enjoy the Burgundy hospitality of the Hertog Jan beer brewery. Nature lovers can enjoy themselves to their heart’s content in the De Maasduinen national park. Taking a walking or cycling tour through the varied landscape with woodlands and heathland is certainly recommendable.

De woning is huiselijk en comfortabel ingericht en ligt op een prima locatie om het mooie heuvelland al fietsend of wandelend te ontdekken. De huiseigenaar biedt de mogelijkheid om in overleg een paard mee te brengen. Er zijn boxen beschikbaar, evenals weidegang en wagenstalling. De tuin is omheind maar niet privé. Vanuit Craubeek wandel en fietst u zo het prachtige Limburgse heuvelland in, dat bekend staat om uitgestrekte glooiende akkers, fruitboomgaarden en de kenmerkende Limburgse holle wegen. Het dichtbij gelegen Valkenburg (7km) biedt vele winkels, horecagelegenheden, mergelsteengrotten en ook sauna- en wellnesscomplex Thermae 2000. Cultuurliefhebbers bezoeken natuurlijk de sfeervolle stad Maastricht (18km) en kasteel Hoensbroek (7km).
