Detached villa, built in entirely authentic Wieringer style, located within a small scale recreational park, just behind the dike at the Wadden Sea. Far away from all the busyness … The rural ‘mini village’ has a picturesque look and has been constructed entirely in the style of some 100 years ago: ‘grandmother’s time’, where brick-paved roads, shell paths and grass strips were lit by traditional street lanterns in the evening. Despite the authentic image, the villa has a comfortable and modern design and is equipped with all the conveniences you may expect, including a home cinema system and heated flooring. The wood stove in the spacious lounge area adds that little bit of extra atmosphere and comfort. The villa has 3 bedrooms and is suitable to accommodate a total of 6 people. In addition to the steam shower on the ground floor, you will also find a completely fitted bathroom on the first floor. Your holiday home has its own garden, naturally including garden furniture. You will find the ‘Het Lagerhuys’ catering facility in the heart of the recreational park, which has a cosy traditional Dutch bar, a front and rear terrace, a snack corner and a pancake house. You can enjoy a delicious glass of wine from the own vineyard at the rear terrace, whilst enjoying views across the small fishing village under the dike. Plus the terrace at the front of the Lagerhuys offers views across the playground, where the children can have lots of fun in the sandpit, on the swings, the climbing frame and the slide. And after an intense day you can relax in the spa area the ‘Kuurhuys’. At a surcharge you can enjoy several wellnessfacilities and beautytreatments. Villages like Hippolytushoef and the fishing village Den Oever can be found less than three kilometres from our recreational park. The island culture is still very evident on the old island of Wieringen. This island is perfect for exploring either on foot or by bicycle. A beautiful sloping landscape, where the traditional old villages and remote farms provide you with a fantastic example of what life used to be like in Wieringen. An exceptional location with the atmosphere of days gone by and the requirements of today … where you can really feel like you’re in the old Wieringen and take some time out to truly relax and unwind! Nur 10 Gehminuten vom lauschigen Zentrum von Bergen entfernt, befindet sich dieses romantische Ferienhäuschen. Das Haus ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben, wo Sie sich bestens entspannen können auf einer der Terrassen. Das Cottage befindet sich hinter dem Haus der Eigentümerin, aber Sie haben genug Privatsphäre. Hinten im Garten befindet sich eine entzückende, geschützte Gartenlaube. Das Haus hat eine stimmungsvolle, anheimelnde Einrichtung. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche befinden sich in ein und demselben Raum. Das Badezimmer liegt jedoch extra und ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin findet dieses Häuschen für Kleinkinder ungeeignet, da sich im hinteren Bereich des Gartens ein Teich befindet.

„Sea Crab" ist ein einzigartiges Ferienappartement in Egmond aan Zee. Sie haben hier eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer; eine Aussicht, die jeden Tag anders ist! „Sea Crab" ist modern und mit allem zeitgemäßem Komfort sowie allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Von beinahe allen Räumen von „Sea Crab" aus haben Sie eine prächtige Aussicht über die rollenden Wellen des Meeres. Das Appartement befindet sich auf der ersten Etage. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine gemütliche Sitzecke sowie eine Essecke für sechs Personen. Die Küche ist halb offen und verfügt über alles, was man sich wünschen kann. „Sea Crab" hat drei Schlafzimmer, eins davon mit Doppelbett. Daneben finden Sie zwei Schlafzimmer. Jedes hat ein Einzelbett mit Unterbett. Das geräumige Bad hat eine Dusche. Das Appartement „Sea Crab" bietet Ihnen auch einen Balkon. Die Schiebetüren dazu können ganz geöffnet werden, sodass der Eindruck entsteht, Appartement und Balkon bildeten ein Ganzes. Selbstverständlich können Sie auf dem Balkon die schönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Egmond aan Zee ist ein geselliges Dorf mit vielen netten Geschäften und Restaurants, die sieben Tage die Woche geöffnet sind. Von Ihrem Appartement aus erreichen Sie zu Fuß binnen fünf Minuten das herrliche Dünengebiet von Nord-Holland, in dem schöne Routen für Sie ausgewiesen sind. Alkmaar liegt ebenfalls in Reichweite. Hier bietet sich Ihnen die Möglichkeit zu shoppen oder eines der geselligen Restaurants auszuprobieren.

Vakantiehuis Knus Middelpunt in Julianadorp is een gezellig gezinshuis dat geschikt is voor 4 personen. Het vakantiehuis ligt in een rustige woonwijk waarvandaan u binnen 10 minuten fietsen het strand van Julianadorp aan Zee bereikt. De drie slaapkamers en de badkamer bevinden zich op de eerste etage. In de diepe tuin kunt u, op de loungebank, heerlijk van het zonnetje genieten.
