This detached holiday home, built in 2012, is situated in a fantastic location on the former island of Wieringen, close to the Robbenoordbos woodland and vast meadows. On entering the ground floor of the Grutto holiday home you will find a utility room and a large cupboard to store all your belongings. You can practise your cooking skills in the modern kitchen after which you can enjoy your dinner in the dining room, which opens out into the living room. The spacious and light living room has a large seating area which is a lovely place in which to play board games or enjoy one of the many channels on the interactive television. On a summer’s day you can open the double doors leading to the fenced-in garden which can be locked. On the first floor of the Grutto holiday home there are two bedrooms with four separate single box-spring beds. You can of course put these together to make two double beds. Between the bedrooms you will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower. There is also a second toilet on this floor. The other two sleeping spaces are in the living room (a sofa bed). If you fancy visiting a nice market, a festival, an exhibition or other event during your holiday this is all within easy reach from the Grutto holiday home. It is also possible to take a boat trip on the Wadden sea from Den Oever, to spot seals, or to enjoy a walk on the mudflats or a day at the beach and some water sports activities.

Blue Cottage
Blue Cottage is a pretty, detached, small holiday home situated less than four kilometres from the beautiful beach of Callantsoog. The cottage is situated next to the home of the female owner but you still have all the privacy you need. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the lively centre of Callantsoog where you can enjoy the welcoming pavement cafes and various restaurants. The cottage is completely on ground floor level. The fresh coloured tones of the furnishings of Blue Cottage enhance the ambience of a cosy seating area with a gas heater. Villavakantiepark IJsselhof
Deze 12-pers. villa bestaat uit van origine twee geschakelde 6-pers. accommodaties. Door de muur te vervangen door een grote, dubbele, isolerende deur is er een aantal voordelen ontstaan. Zo is één van de twee woonkamers omgevormd tot eetkamer en de andere woonkamer uitgebreid en geschikt gemaakt voor twaalf personen. Beide kamers zijn nog wel af te sluiten van elkaar zodat bijvoorbeeld kinderen tv kunnen kijken terwijl de rest aan de keukentafel zit te kaarten. Daarbij heb je de beschikking over zes aparte slaapkamers en twee keukens. De tuin is ook zeer ruim zodat je er gezellig met z’n allen buiten kunt eten. Een zeer geschikt verblijf dus voor de grotere groepen.
