Met de fiets bent u vanuit De Notaris in tien minuten bij het Alkmaardermeer, waar verschillende strandjes zijn en tal van watersporten beoefend kunnen worden. Winkels en gezellige restaurantjes vindt u in de Rijp, op vier kilometer van het vakantiehuis. Vakantiehuis De Notaris heeft een heerlijke tuin waar u kunt ontspannen op het terras of in de hottub. Kinderen kunnen naar hartelust spelen in de Pipowagen of op de trampoline. De kippen voorzien u dagelijks van een vers eitje. Achter de tuin van De Notaris bevindt zich het Noordhollands kanaal waar in de zomer kan worden gezwommen. Uw vakantiehuis is hip en sfeervol ingericht. De Notaris heeft een ruime woonkamer en de moderne keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Op de eerste etage van het vakantiehuis bevinden zich de slaapkamers en de badkamer. Er is tot slot nog een slaapkamer met een eenpersoonsbed op de tweede etage. Einen Tag lang Kultur schnuppern kann man prima sieben Kilometer entfernt in der Stadt Haarlem, die viel Flair versprüht. Das schöne Kennemerduingebied (Dünengebiet) ist perfekt für Radfahrer, Spaziergänger und Wanderer geeignet. Es gibt also genug zu tun. Unique holiday villa, situated in a fantastic location near the forest and the Bergen dune area. Villa Duinvermaak is a very spacious, stylish, luxury villa. The villa is regularly used by professional photographers. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various terraces, including, at the rear of the garden, a terrace with a lounge corner and outdoor fireplace. At the back of the house there is a veranda where you can quickly enjoy being outside. You enter into a spacious hall. From here you have access to the cosy dining room with a large dining table and a (gas) fireplace. Adjacent to this on the one side there is the very luxurious kitchen (cooking enthusiasts can cook here to their heart’s content) and on the other side there is another spacious living room, great for children to play in. In the seating area with flat-screen television there is also an open fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a closed veranda with lounge chairs offering a great view out on to the garden, which lies next to the Bergerbos. The children can play in total freedom in the garden as the two ponds are covered with grids. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is right next to the master bedroom. A wonderful holiday location for families. You can walk right into the beautiful dune area or go to the pancake-restaurant on the other side of the street. The lively centre is only a five minute walk away.
