Luxus Appartement mit fantastischer Lage: direkt am Strand und mit panoramischer Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Tag fängt an mit einer Tasse Kaffee auf Ihrem Balkon oder auf der Terrasse von einer der vielen Strandpavilions. Die meisten dieser Pavilions haben eine gute Speisekarte und abends kann man dann wählen: entweder Spanische Tapas oder Sushi usw. Die Umgebung ist super geeignet zum Fahrrad fahren. Der bekannte Badeort Zandvoort ebenso wie der schöne Ort Bloemendaal sind prima mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Ihr Appartement befindet ich im 1. und 2. Stock. Das Ganze ist schön hell. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Sitzecke (mit Schlafcouch), eine Essecke und eine komfortabele Küche. Das Wohnzimmer grenzt am Balkon, wo auch ein Tisch und Stühle stehen. Das Schlafzimmer ist im zweiten Stock untergebracht, zu erreichen über eine Holztreppe im Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer hat niedrige Fenster damit man sogar im Bett eine tolle Aussicht auf Strand und Meer genießen kann. Das Badezimmer grenzt am Schlafzimmer und ist ausgestattet mit Dusche, Whirlpool und Sauna.

This restored listed gardener’s house is situated along the North Holland canal in the polders. You can get to the historical town of Alkmaar within 15 minutes and Geestmerambacht – a large nature park with little beaches and ponds – is only a couple of kilometres away. Bergen aan Zee is also about 15 minutes by car and the house has a lovely garden with a sunny patio and a playing area. The house has many original details. There is a lovely front living room, a separate dining room and a modern kitchen. A double bedroom and a bathroom are also on the ground floor. You reach the first floor via a reasonably steep staircase where there are two bedrooms and also room in the front loft space for one person to sleep. The old cabbage shed is now lived in by the owner of the property and behind this there is a waterway where you will find the rowing boat ready for use.
