Vanaf deze schitterende plek fietst u in een half uurtje naar het strand in Callantsoog en het gezellige centrum van Schagen. Met het bootje kunt u naar het karakteristieke dorpje Oudesluis varen. Naast het huis staat de oudste molen van Nederland. Achter het huis ligt de grootste eendenkooi van de verre omtrek en deze vormt een opvallend bomenmassief die veel vogels aantrekt: een heerlijke plek voor de vogelliefhebber. De tuin van het vakantiehuis is een waar paradijs. Vanuit het Indonesische rusthuisje kunt u genieten van het fantastische uitzicht. Er zijn een trampoline, schommel, een voetbalveld en meer dan genoeg speelruimte voor de kinderen, en ook een heerlijk terras om te barbecuën. In de tuin is zelfs een vuurplaats, waar u ‘s avonds gezellig rond een zelfgestookt vuurtje kunt genieten. U kunt vanaf de tuin heerlijk varen: dit gebied is namelijk uitermate geschikt om per bootje te ontdekken. Inrichting Het huis is sfeervol ingericht met wereldse en creatieve invloeden die terug te vinden zijn in het interieur. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een gezellige living, met zithoek, eethoek en een comfortabele keuken. Een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en ingebouwde douche met hammam en een slaapkamer met een stapelbed bevinden zich tevens op de begane grond. Op de etage zijn nog twee slaapkamers evenals een tweede badkamer. Eén slaapplaats met eenpersoonsmatras bevindt zich op een vide die te bereiken is via een trapladder. Dit is een leuke slaapplek voor een groot kind. Het strand is per fiets in slechts een half uurtje te bereiken. Dit huis is tevens te huur als accommodatie tot 8 personen in combinatie met het naastgelegen "Molenaarshuisje"

Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Das Ferienhaus Haarlemse Hoek liegt 3 Kilometer vom Grote Markt in Haarlem entfernt. Das große Ferienhaus, in dem vier Personen ausreichend Platz finden, verfügt auch über einen wunderbaren Garten mit Trampolin. Zudem gibt es drei Schlafzimmer im Haus. „Tipp: Besuchen Sie während Ihres Urlaubs auch das Landgut Elswout (2 Kilometer entfernt), wo Sie wunderbar spazieren gehen oder das Puppentheater besuchen können. Das Haus ist von einer schönen großen Terrasse umgeben, auf der Sie den ganzen Tag lang die Sonne genießen können. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine gemütliche Sitzecke und einen stilvollen Erker. Die separate Küche ist einfach, aber bequem eingerichtet. Im ersten Stock gibt es drei Schlafzimmer: zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Außerdem befinden sich im ersten Stock noch ein Schlafzimmer ohne bett mit Badewanne und ein separater Raum mit Dusche.
