Lake Sunshine

Lake Sunshine is situated in a water-abundant holiday park by the Uitgeestermeer Lake. This provides the perfect base to explore the province of Noord-Holland. The area has some beautiful nature reserves, in which you can take endless walking, cycling or sailing trips. Your holiday home is situated on the first floor. Lake Sunshine has a welcoming living room and an open-plan kitchen. On the second floor there is a bathroom with bath and shower, and two bedrooms. Your Lake Sunshine holiday home also comes with a private terrace where you – whilst enjoying a lovely drink – can treat yourself to a wonderful view to the water. You stay in an apartment at the lakeside OR at the harbourside – you will be informed upon arrival In the holiday park, you will find a good restaurant as well as a welcoming bistro, both with nice pavement cafe areas by the water. Children will have a great time in the small playgrounds. It is possible to practise various water sports on the Uitgeestermeer, such as sailing and surfing. Are you unable to sail or surf yet? Not to worry, it is possible to get sailing and surfing lessons here! You can take your own boat and moor it in the marina or you can hire a sloop, sailing boat or canoe at the park. You can opt for a wonderful day at the beach of Castricum, Heemskerk or Egmond. Everything can be reached by bicycle and it won’t be a problem to hire one. Of course towns such as Amsterdam, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Haarlem are also worth a visit. This holiday home is highly recommended for nature and water-sports enthusiasts!
