Halb freistehendes Fischerhaus. Das Haus ist komplett restauriert und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sie spüren sofort die gastfreundliche Atmosphäre, auch aufgrund der stimmungsvollen, mediterranen Einrichtung. Die Lage ist sehr günstig: direkt um die Ecke liegt eine nette Einkaufsstraße mit einer ausgezeichneten Bäckerei. Morgens brauchen Sie nur ein paar Schritte laufen, wenn Sie frische Brötchen holen. Natürlich können Sie ganz köstlich außer Haus essen in einem der vielen, gemütlichen Restaurants. Es gibt eine offene Küche, die jeglichen modernen Komfort bietet. Über eine offene Holztreppe erreichen Sie die 1. Etage. Dort befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Wasserbett für 2 Personen (wunderbar kühl im Sommer und kuschelig warm an kühlen Tagen!) Das andere Schlafzimmer hat 2 Betten und eine Terrasse! Hier können Sie morgens die ersten Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.

Modern Garden is a cosy holiday home for those who would like to enjoy the peace, quiet and the space of the welcoming seaside village of Bergen. In less than fifteen minutes driving from Modern Garden you can reach Bergen aan Zee beach. The lively centre of Bergen, with various nice shops and restaurants, can be reached in only five minutes. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village. Modern Garden is furnished in a modern way and at the same time it has a warm, homely atmosphere which will immediately make you feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary mod cons. You will have one bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower at your disposal. The garden of the holiday home has plenty of garden furniture and thanks to the outdoor fireplace you can also enjoy being outside in the evenings. A lovely evening of barbecuing is also one of the options. Apart from the picturesque Bergen, from Modern Garden you can also get to know the rest of the surroundings. For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must. This stylish apartment is located at an absolute unique location in Schoorl, adjacent to the lovely dunes and in opposite of the forest. By bike you can explore the beautiful surroundings and within 15 minutes you are at the cozy family beach of Schoorl. The beach of Schoorl is only accessible by foot or by bicycle. Enjoy a nice snack at the pavilion! If you arrive by car, the beaches at Camperduin or Hargen are perfect alternatives. The beaches of Bergen, Hargen and Camperduin are located nearby at 30 minutes cycling distance. Upon agreement with the owner you are allowed to make use of the jacuzzi that is available as well. This apartment is perfectly suitable for 4 persons and is located on the first floor, above the home of the owner. Complete privacy is ensured. You can park your car for free in front of the apartment. The spacious living room has the atmosphere of a cozy country style, with a large dining table in it.
