Wanneer u de lange hal binnentreedt van Stadsvilla aan de Laan verbaasd u zich over de ruimte die zich achter de voordeur bevindt. Rechts is de woon-/eetkamer die door authentieke schuifdeuren in tweeën gedeeld kan worden. Zo kunnen de kinderen bijvoorbeeld in het voorste gedeelte televisie kijken, terwijl u in de zithoek uw favoriete programma kijkt, rustig een boek leest of spelletje speelt aan de lange eettafel. De moderne woonkeuken is van alle luxe voorzien. Zowel vanuit de woonkamer als de keuken komt u via openslaande deuren uit op de diepe tuin. In de loungehoek op het terras geniet u van een goed glas wijn terwijl de kinderen hun hart kunnen ophalen in de afgesloten tuin op de trampoline of in de boomhut. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u de ouderlijke slaapkamer met eigen badkamer met douche en apart bad. Daarnaast zijn er twee slaapkamers met een badkamer met inloopdouche. Op de tweede verdieping is de derde slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Ondanks de ligging in het centrum kunt u uw auto gemakkelijk kwijt. U kunt uw auto aan zowel de voor- als achterzijde van het huis parkeren op eigen terrein. Voor bezoekers is er een parkeerkaart aanwezig. Modern Garden is a cosy holiday home for those who would like to enjoy the peace, quiet and the space of the welcoming seaside village of Bergen. In less than fifteen minutes driving from Modern Garden you can reach Bergen aan Zee beach. The lively centre of Bergen, with various nice shops and restaurants, can be reached in only five minutes. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village. Modern Garden is furnished in a modern way and at the same time it has a warm, homely atmosphere which will immediately make you feel at home. A lovely evening of barbecuing is also one of the options. Apart from the picturesque Bergen, from Modern Garden you can also get to know the rest of the surroundings. For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must. De verschillende, in 2007 gebouwde woningen (5-pers. NL-1131-01, 6-pers. NL-1131-02 en 7-pers. NL-1131-03) liggen verspreid over het park in geschakelde grachtenpanden. De woningen bevinden zich op de begane grond of eerste etage en zijn compleet, modern en comfortabel ingericht. Sommige woningen beslaan twee of drie etages. De indeling verschilt per woning. U beschikt over een terras of balkon met tuinmeubelen. Alle woningen kijken uit over het Ijsselmeer of de omliggende omgeving. Een prima verblijf om te genieten van al het moois dat deze streek te bieden heeft.

Detached villa, built in entirely authentic Wieringer style, located within a small scale recreational park, just behind the dike at the Wadden Sea. Far away from all the busyness … The rural ‘mini village’ has a picturesque look and has been constructed entirely in the style of some 100 yearsago: ‘grandmother’s time’, where brick-paved roads, shell paths and grass strips were lit by traditional street lanterns in the evening. Despite the authentic image, the villa has a comfortable and modern design and is equipped with all the conveniences you may expect. The heated flooring and the gas stove in the spacious lounge area adds that little bit of extra atmosphere and comfort. The villa has 2 bedrooms and is suitable to accommodate a total of 4 people. On the first floor you will find a completely fitted bathroom. Your holiday home has its own garden, naturally including garden furniture. You will find the ‘Het Lagerhuys’ catering facility in the heart of the recreational park, which has a cosy traditional Dutch bar, a front and rear terrace, a snack corner and a pancake house. You can enjoy a delicious glass of wine from the own vineyard at the rear terrace, whilst enjoying views across the small fishing village under the dike. Plus the terrace at the front of the Lagerhuys offers views across the playground, where the children can have lots of fun in the sandpit, on the swings, the climbing frame and the slide. And after an intense day you can relax in the spa area the ‘Kuurhuys’. At a surcharge you can enjoy several wellnessfacilities and beautytreatments. Villages like Hippolytushoef and the fishing village Den Oever can be found less than three kilometres from our recreational park. The island culture is still very evident on the old island of Wieringen. This island is perfect for exploring either on foot or by bicycle. A beautiful sloping landscape, where the traditional old villages and remote farms provide you with a fantastic example of what life used to be like in Wieringen. An exceptional location with the atmosphere of days gone by and the requirements of today … where you can really feel like you’re in the old Wieringen and take some time out to truly relax and unwind!
