The ‘t Zwaansmeer holiday home is situated directly by the water, with its own mooring and direct access to the Uitgeestermeer lake. In the area there are various walking routes through the beautiful polder landscape. You can also take great canoe trips over the lake. Therefore, we can totally recommend this holiday home to nature and water-sport lovers! On the ground floor of your holiday home you will find the living room with a seating area, a dining table seating six and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom. On the first floor of the ‘t Zwaansmeer there are yet another two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds. The bathroom with bath and shower is also on this floor. ‘t Zwaansmeer has a private terrace by the water, a great place to have your breakfast or to enjoy a drink at the end of a long day with a view to the water. Don’t have your own boat? Then you can hire a sloop, a sailing boat or a motor boat. The Uitgeestermeer lake offers plenty of opportunities for recreation on and around the water. In the near vicinity of the lake are various recreational areas, such as the Dorregeest, De Hoorne and the het Zwaansmeer, where you can swim, go sailing or canoeing. Moreover, the beach of Castricum aan Zee and the lively centre of Alkmaar are within a fifteen-minute drive from here.

Von Ihrem Appartement aus erreichen Sie zu Fuß binnen fünf Minuten das herrliche Dünengebiet von Nord-Holland, in dem schöne Routen für Sie ausgewiesen sind. Alkmaar liegt ebenfalls in Reichweite. Nur 10 Gehminuten vom lauschigen Zentrum von Bergen entfernt, befindet sich dieses romantische Ferienhäuschen. Das Cottage befindet sich hinter dem Haus der Eigentümerin, aber Sie haben genug Privatsphäre. Hinten im Garten befindet sich eine entzückende, geschützte Gartenlaube. Das Haus hat eine stimmungsvolle, anheimelnde Einrichtung. Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küche befinden sich in ein und demselben Raum. Das Badezimmer liegt jedoch extra und ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin findet dieses Häuschen für Kleinkinder ungeeignet, da sich im hinteren Bereich des Gartens ein Teich befindet.
