The Villa is situated less than 500 metres from the woodlands where children can play to their hearts content. The beach of Bergen aan Zee can be reached in less than half an hour by bicycle. Here you will find various beach pavilions where you are welcome to enjoy a drink whilst the children are playing on the beach. Villa Charlotte has a large kitchen diner with a nice dining table to accommodate the entire family. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and has a cosy bar so that you can socialise while cooking. The separate living room has a spacious seating area with a television and a Wii. The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor. The Villa Charlotte holiday home is surrounded by plenty of space; ideal for wonderful summer evenings outside. Children can have a great time on the trampoline, the climbing equipment, the swing and the slide. Villa Charlotte is the ideal holiday location for the entire family.

Sea Crab is a unique holiday apartment in Egmond aan Zee. Here you have a fantastic view out to the sea; a view that is different every day! Sea Crab is modern and equipped with all modern comforts and conveniences. From almost every room in Sea Crab, you are treated to a beautiful view out over the rolling waves of the sea. The entire apartment is on the first floor. The living room has a nice seating area and a dining area suitable for six people. The kitchen is half open-plan and has all the conveniences you might wish for. Sea Crab has three bedrooms, one of which is a large bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there are two bedrooms, each with single beds that have sliding-beds beneath. The spacious bathroom has a shower. The Sea Crab apartment comes with a balcony. The sliding doors to the balcony can be opened completely; this way you get the impression that the apartment and balcony are one whole space. Of course, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony as well. Egmond aan Zee is a lively village with many nice shops and restaurants, which are open seven days a week. From your apartment, it will only take you a five-minute walk to reach the beautiful dune area of the province of Noord-Holland, where you can find some beautiful walking routes. In addition, Alkmaar is within easy reach. Here you have the option to shop or to try out one of the cosy restaurants.
