Unique holiday villa, situated in a fantastic location near the forest and the Bergen dune area. Villa Duinvermaak is a very spacious, stylish, luxury villa. The villa is regularly used by professional photographers. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various terraces, including, at the rear of the garden, a terrace with a lounge corner and outdoor fireplace. At the back of the house there is a veranda where you can quickly enjoy being outside. You enter into a spacious hall. From here you have access to the cosy dining room with a large dining table and a (gas) fireplace. Adjacent to this on the one side there is the very luxurious kitchen (cooking enthusiasts can cook here to their heart’s content) and on the other side there is another spacious living room, great for children to play in. In the seating area with flat-screen television there is also an open fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a closed veranda with lounge chairs offering a great view out on to the garden, which lies next to the Bergerbos. The children can play in total freedom in the garden as the two ponds are covered with grids. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is right next to the master bedroom. A wonderful holiday location for families. You can walk right into the beautiful dune area or go to the pancake-restaurant on the other side of the street. The lively centre is only a five minute walk away.

Schönes Ferienhaus, mit Jacuzzi und Sauna im Garten. Von Außen ist es farbreich und von innen ist es gemütlich und modern. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Sitzecke mit Kamin. Die offene Küche ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Auch gibt es ein separates Esszimmer. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Das Strand in Julianadorp aan Zee ist nah, dieses Strand hat die Blaue Flagge empfangen, es ist eins der sauberste Strände in den Niederlanden.

Ein familienfreundliches Haus mit Garten Das Ferienhaus Heleen ist in einem ruhigen und kinderfreundlichen Viertel gelegen. Von hier aus sind Sie mit dem Fahrrad in nur 10 Minuten im geselligen Zentrum von Haarlem. Praktisch: Der Hauseigentümer stellt Ihnen Fahrräder mit Kindersitzen zur Verfügung, so dass Sie auch ganz sportlich an den Strand gelangen. Eine wunderschöne Radstrecke von einer halben Stunde führt Sie durch die Dünen an den Strand. Die Aufteilung Ihres Ferienhauses Dieses Haus eignet sich hervorragend für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses Heleen liegt ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Sitzgarnitur, Essecke und komfortabler offener Küche. Das Elternschlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock, ebenso das Badezimmer mit Badewanne (Whirlpool) und Dusche. Im zweiten Stock gibt es zwei schöne Zimmer. Im Garten steht Ihnen eine Terrasse mit Lounge-Bänken zur Verfügung. Zudem lädt ein Gartentisch mit Platz für sechs Personen zu einem Essen im Freien ein. Im Sommer können Sie natürlich auch den Grill nutzen.
