Unique holiday villa, situated in a fantastic location near the forest and the Bergen dune area. Villa Duinvermaak is a very spacious, stylish, luxury villa. The villa is regularly used by professional photographers. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with various terraces, including, at the rear of the garden, a terrace with a lounge corner and outdoor fireplace. At the back of the house there is a veranda where you can quickly enjoy being outside. You enter into a spacious hall. From here you have access to the cosy dining room with a large dining table and a (gas) fireplace. Adjacent to this on the one side there is the very luxurious kitchen (cooking enthusiasts can cook here to their heart’s content) and on the other side there is another spacious living room, great for children to play in. In the seating area with flat-screen television there is also an open fireplace. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a closed veranda with lounge chairs offering a great view out on to the garden, which lies next to the Bergerbos. The children can play in total freedom in the garden as the two ponds are covered with grids. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is right next to the master bedroom. A wonderful holiday location for families. You can walk right into the beautiful dune area or go to the pancake-restaurant on the other side of the street. The lively centre is only a five minute walk away.

The entire apartment is on the first floor. The living room has a nice seating area and a dining area suitable for six people. The kitchen is half open-plan and has all the conveniences you might wish for. Sea Crab has three bedrooms, one of which is a large bedroom with a double bed. In addition, there are two bedrooms, each with single beds that have sliding-beds beneath. The spacious bathroom has a shower. The Sea Crab apartment comes with a balcony. The sliding doors to the balcony can be opened completely; this way you get the impression that the apartment and balcony are one whole space. Of course, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony as well. Egmond aan Zee is a lively village with many nice shops and restaurants, which are open seven days a week. From your apartment, it will only take you a five-minute walk to reach the beautiful dune area of the province of Noord-Holland, where you can find some beautiful walking routes. In addition, Alkmaar is within easy reach. Here you have the option to shop or to try out one of the cosy restaurants.
Zonnekeizer
Vakantiehuis de Zonnekeizer ligt in het prachtige Julianadorp Aan Zee met duinen en strand op steenworp afstand! De grote tuin met gezellige veranda zorgt er voor dat er tot in de laatste uurtjes genoten kan worden van de rust, ruimte en de natuur. De Zonnekeizer biedt plaats aan 6 personen. Vakantiehuis de Zonnekeizer ligt aan de buitenrand van een kleinschalig parkje, waardoor de privacy optimaal is. Via het terras komt u direct binnen in de ruime en lichte woonkamer. De knusse houtkachel staat centraal in het huis en biedt sfeer aan zowel de eettafel als aan de zithoek. De open keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien met een 4-pits gasfornuis. De drie slaapkamers hebben allen twee enkele bedden. Één slaapkamer heeft ook een eigen wastafel. De tweede wastafel bevindt zich in de badkamer waar tevens ook een fijne stortdouche aanwezig is. Het eigen grasveldje, de schommel en de korte afstand naar duinen en zee maken dit vakantiehuis ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen.
