The Villa Juliana holiday home is situated on the edge of the centre of the historic village of Julianadorp. The landscape in this area is a delight for walking, sailing and cycling trips and with the spacious sandy beach of Julianadorp aan Zee around the corner, Villa Juliana is very suitable for a wonderful family holiday. The accommodation consists of the large house and three apartments which are situated at the rear of the house. The house has a living room with a seating area and a woodstove and adjacent to that is a conservatory with a dining table offering space to enjoy some wonderful wining and dining for fifteen people. The modern kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. In the house you will find one bedroom, sleeping three, with a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor of the house there are another three spacious bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed. There is also another bathroom with a bath, a shower cabin and a washbasin on this floor. Via the large garden with a sunny terrace and many play options for the children, you gain access to the three apartments, all with their own entrance. All the apartments have a seating area with a television, a modern kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each apartment is suitable for two people. In short, Villa Juliana is the ideal location to spend a wonderful time with the entire family and yet there is a spot for everyone to retreat for some peace and quiet.

Here you are within ten car-minutes of the broad sandy beach of Julianadorp aan zee. This welcoming group accommodation for twelve people has two bathroom on the ground floor and three wash basins on the second floor. The large dining table which seats twelve is an eye catcher in the cosily furnished Pondarosa living room. In the comfy seating area you will find a large leather corner sofa. At the large round table in the kitchen-diner you can enjoy a lovely breakfast in the morning sunshine. Next to the Pondarosa holiday home kitchen is the utility room and a spacious bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single beds. The other five spacious bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the second toilet. The beautifully laid out Pondarosa garden, which can be locked, has various cosy seating areas and there is enough space for a good game of football. Via a small gate you gain access to the front garden which is located by a small stream. Next to the house you will find the bulb-growing company of the owners of Pondarosa. They like to offer their guests an excursion and to explain about the bulb-growing world. Those who opt for Pondarosa in springtime can look forward to fresh flowers on the table as well as in the nearby fields. The nearby Anna Paulowna has an extensive range of shops and various good restaurants. Pondarosa is also a great base for the nearby country estate of Hoenderdaell, which is a lot more than just a zoo housing exotic creatures. Other day trips: the nature reserve on the edge of Kleine Sluis, the Westfriese market in Schagen and the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. Those who want to windsurf can go to the nearby Lutjestrand beach, and via the Afsluitdijk, within a fifteen minutes drive, you can be in Friesland in no time.

Das Ferienhaus Haarlemse Hoek liegt 3 Kilometer vom Grote Markt in Haarlem entfernt. Das große Ferienhaus, in dem vier Personen ausreichend Platz finden, verfügt auch über einen wunderbaren Garten mit Trampolin.
