Waterflower
Waterflower is a welcoming houseboat, situated in the authentic village of Oostknollendam in the De Beemster. Characteristic of this beautiful region – featured on the UNESCO world heritage list – are the sturdy ‘stolp’ farmhouses (built in the shape of a cheese-cover) and the winding cycling paths through the polders. The central location of Waterflower makes it ideal for exploring the surroundings: it will only take you twenty minutes to reach Amsterdam. In addition, the beach of Castricum aan Zee can be reached within twenty minutes, as well as Volendam by the IJsselmeer lake. It could be that you don’t want to go anywhere once you enter the houseboat because, with nice weather, it is great to spend some time on the terrace! Enjoy the sunshine, the free view out to the polders and wave to passing boats… At this spot you can completely relax. Via a steep, but broad, outdoor staircase you gain access to the front door of Waterflower. The top floor consists of a welcoming living room with large windows, so you can optimally enjoy the view from the seating area or by sitting at the long dining table. Light, cheerful colours dominate the interior. It is clear that the owner is a stylist/designer! The bedrooms as well as the bathroom are situated on the floor below. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two double beds. The bathroom is not big, but tidy and it has a shower. Finally: in the evenings, when you are enjoying the sunset – while treating yourself to a glass of wine – you will experience the peace and quiet, a complete nature experience. The ultimate holiday feeling… Extra fun! Children can -if they want- set up a tent. The associated garden has plenty of room.

Hoeve Klavier
Dieser charakteristische Bauernhof liegt in Fahrradabstand vom Strand im alten Ortskern von Julianadorp. "Het Klavier" ist eine herrliche Urlaubsunterkunft für Familien; hier können sich Jung und Alt hervorragend vergnügen. Beim Eintreten gelangen Sie ins Wohnzimmer. Hier steht ein großer Esstisch, an dem man gemeinsam essen kann. Weiterhin gibt es eine kuschelige Sitzecke mit Fernseher und Holzofen. Die halb offene Küche verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten; u.a. einen amerikanischen Kühlschrank. Durch Flügeltüren kommen Sie in den hübsch angelegten, abschließbaren Garten. Mehrere kleine Terrassen bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas. Sie können beispielsweise die Sonne von Ihrer Liege aus genießen oder an einem der schattigen Plätzchen mit einem Buch entspannen. Für die Kinder steht ein Trampolin bereit. Durch ein Gartentörchen gelangen Sie in den an einen Graben grenzenden Vorgarten, zu dem auch ein kleiner Teich gehört. Das Wohngebäude grenzt an einer stattlichen alten Scheune mit einer Tischtennisplatte sowie einem Billardtisch. Im Erdgeschoss liegen zwei Schlafzimmer. Das erste hat drei Einzelbetten, das zweite ein französisches Bett (1,40m breit) sowie ein einfaches Bad samt Dusche. Im ersten Stock finden sich die anderen Schlafzimmer sowie ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit Badewanne und separater Dusche. Die Geschäfte und ein kleiner Spielplatz sind vom Ferienhaus „Het Klavier" in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem können Sie Ausflüge zum geselligen Badeort Callantsoog machen, in den Dünen spazieren gehen oder per Boot nach Texel übersetzen. Alles im Umkreis von 10 km.
Hoenderhoeve II
Komfortabele Ferienwohnung, Teil eines Landhauses. Zentrale Lage. 300 M von Wald und Dünen entfernt. Mit dem Rad fahren Sie in zehn Minuten zum Strand. Hinter der Ferienwohnung ist ein Supermarkt. Ihre Ferienwohnung befindet zich im hinteren Teil des Wohnbauernhofes. Sie verfügen über einen Garten mit Terrasse. Neben Ihrem Appartement sind die Appartements Hoenderhoeve I (auch für 8 Personen) ebenso wie Hoenderhoeve III ( 2 Personen) gelegen Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke, zwei Schlafzimmer ebenso wie zwei Badezimmer. Über eine offene Holztreppe erreichen Sie den 1. Stock. Dort gibt es eine hübsche Küche mit Essecke und noch zwei Schlafzimmer.
