This luxurious beach villa sleeping eight people lies in a peaceful holiday park in Julianadorp aan Zee. The dunes are right in front of the holiday park, and only 500 metres away you find the beach and the sea. This turns the Wellness Villa holiday home into an ideal spot for those seeking peace and quiet, and for beach lovers. Julianadorp is situated in the north of the province of Noord-Holland; it is pre-eminently a walking and cycling area. Miles of cycling paths lead you along the lively seaside resorts of Callantsoog, Sint Maartenszee and Petten. The Julianadorp centre has various shops, bars and restaurants and lies approximately three kilometres from Wellness Villa. On entering Wellness Villa, via the hallway, you gain access to the spacious living room with seating and dining area. The living room is equipped with all modern conveniences including a flat screen television, a DVD player and a Wii. The open-plan kitchen is furnished comfortably and has, among other things, a dishwasher and a combi-microwave. From the living room, via the French doors, you gain access to the sun terrace. Your holiday villa has its own private Finnish sauna, so that you can completely relax. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin. On the first floor of the Wellness Villa holiday home are three bedrooms and the second bathroom with bathtub, shower and double wash basin. There is also a sun bed at your disposal. The holiday park of the Wellness Villa holiday home lies within a huge polder landscape with colourful bulb fields, picturesque mills, pleasant harbours and miles of coast within reach. During your stay at the Wellness Villa holiday home you can also pay a visit to Alkmaar, famous for its cheese, and the harbour town of Enkhuizen with its Zuiderzeemuseum. The Wellness Villa holiday home is also a great base for a day trip to Texel or a visit to Den Helder. You can enjoy lunch at a pavement cafe, go shopping or visit the annual ‘vlootdagen’ (harbour vessel event). On holiday with small kids? They will have the time of their lives in the Sprookjeswonderland (Fairytale wonderland) in Enkhuizen or the indoor playground De Holle Bolle Boom in Tuitjehorn. De verschillende type vakantiehuizen en -appartementen liggen verspreid over het park. Je hebt de keuze uit 4-pers. huizen (NL-1787-08 en NL-1787-09), 5-pers. huizen (NL-1787-10) en 6-pers. huizen (NL-1787-11, NL-1787-12 en NL-1787-13). Alle huizen zijn verzorgd ingericht en beschikken over een tuinmet terras en tuinmeubilair. De appartementen liggen in een appartementcomplex met twee liften. Je hebt de keuze uit een 4-pers. appartement (NL-1787-14 met (Frans) balkon) of een 6-pers. variant (NL-1787-15). Van dit laatste type ligt een aantal appartementen op de begane grond en beschikken over een terras. En enkel appartement beschikt over een stapelbed. Alle appartementen zijn comfortabel ingericht en beschikken over een vaatwassen en magnetron. Voldoende keuze met voor ieder wat wils!

Gemoderniseerd voormalig schildersatelier, gelegen op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van Bergen. Ideaal voor twee volwassenen, eventueel in gezelschap van een baby. Incl. 2 fietsen Deze studio grenst aan Gestel I (ook geschikt voor 2 personen). Het huis is met veel zorg voor detail ingericht en heeft een moderne uitstraling. Als u binnenkomt valt uw oog meteen op het prachtige hoge venster in de woonkamer, een voorziening uit de tijd van het schildersatelier. Interieur: Begane grond: Een heerlijke zithoek en een moderne open keuken. De badkamer is voorzien van een ruime inloopdouche. Via de trap in de woonkamer bereikt u de ruime vide waar een tweepersoonsbed staat. Buiten heeft u een eigen omheind terras met zitje, waar u rustig kunt zitten. Een heerlijk vakantiehuisje voor twee volwassenen, eventueel met baby. De bossen zijn op loopafstand en het strand bereikt u in twintig fietsminuten.
Wielewaal
Dit verzorgde appartement voor vier personen heeft een rustige ligging. Toch is het vlakbij het centrum en het strand. Het appartement bevindt zich in het achterste deel van een woonhuis. In het andere deel wonen de eigenaren. U heeft een eigen, beschutte tuin met terras en tuinmeubilair. U heeft ook een eigen ingang aan de achterzijde. Het appartement is comfortabel en gezellig. De woonkamer heeft een zithoekje met tv, een eettafel voor vier personen en een open keuken. Er zijn twee kleine slaapkamers. De badkamer beschikt over een douche. Het gebied rond Callantsoog kenmerkt zich door veel water, dijken en kleine pittoreske dorpen, met in de duinen iets ten zuiden van Callantsoog natuurreservaat Het Zwanenwater. Dit maakt Wielewaal de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor mooie uitstapjes!
