Zuid West II is a welcoming holiday apartment, within walking distance of the boulevard, the beach and shops of Zandvoort, and yet wonderfully peaceful! At the side of an authentic Zandvoort villa steps lead you down to the ‘garden’ at the rear. Here you will find the entrance to the Zuid West II apartment, situated in the basement. This apartment is so named because it consists of two spaces. You enter in the bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed. Here you will also find the small, but tidy bathroom – with shower and toilet -, as well as a separate washbasin in the room. Adjacent is the living room with a seating area and a small open-plan kitchen. At the end of the day you can peacefully enjoy the sunshine on your small terrace, a lovely place for a holiday in Zandvoort!

Halb freistehendes Fischerhaus. Das Haus ist komplett restauriert und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sie spüren sofort die gastfreundliche Atmosphäre, auch aufgrund der stimmungsvollen, mediterranen Einrichtung. Die Lage ist sehr günstig: direkt um die Ecke liegt eine nette Einkaufsstraße mit einer ausgezeichneten Bäckerei. Morgens brauchen Sie nur ein paar Schritte laufen, wenn Sie frische Brötchen holen. Natürlich können Sie ganz köstlich außer Haus essen in einem der vielen, gemütlichen Restaurants. Die Attraktion schlechthin ist und bleibt aber der wunderschöne Strand und die ausgedehnten Dünen, die vom Haus aus in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind! Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und hat eine ‘warme’ Einrichtung mit einer tollen Lounge-Couch mit TV und Musikanlage. Ein großer Tisch im Kolonialstil steht vor den Terrassentüren zum Innenhof, welcher von einer charakteristischen, alten Ziegelmauer umgeben wird. Es gibt eine offene Küche, die jeglichen modernen Komfort bietet. Über eine offene Holztreppe erreichen Sie die 1. Etage. Dort befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer bietet ein Wasserbett für 2 Personen (wunderbar kühl im Sommer und kuschelig warm an kühlen Tagen!) Das andere Schlafzimmer hat 2 Betten und eine Terrasse! Hier können Sie morgens die ersten Sonnenstrahlen genießen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.
Marinapark Volendam
De verschillende, in 2007 gebouwde woningen (5-pers. NL-1131-01, 6-pers. NL-1131-02 en 7-pers. NL-1131-03) liggen verspreid over het park in geschakelde grachtenpanden. De woningen bevinden zich op de begane grond of eerste etage en zijn compleet, modern en comfortabel ingericht. Sommige woningen beslaan twee of drie etages. De indeling verschilt per woning. U beschikt over een terras of balkon met tuinmeubelen. Alle woningen kijken uit over het Ijsselmeer of de omliggende omgeving. Een prima verblijf om te genieten van al het moois dat deze streek te bieden heeft.

Modern Garden is a cosy holiday home for those who would like to enjoy the peace, quiet and the space of the welcoming seaside village of Bergen. In less than fifteen minutes driving from Modern Garden you can reach Bergen aan Zee beach. The lively centre of Bergen, with various nice shops and restaurants, can be reached in only five minutes. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the village. Modern Garden is furnished in a modern way and at the same time it has a warm, homely atmosphere which will immediately make you feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary mod cons. You will have one bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom with a shower at your disposal. The garden of the holiday home has plenty of garden furniture and thanks to the outdoor fireplace you can also enjoy being outside in the evenings. A lovely evening of barbecuing is also one of the options. Apart from the picturesque Bergen, from Modern Garden you can also get to know the rest of the surroundings. For example you can pay a visit to the other nearby beaches, amongst which are Egmond aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog. The welcoming cheese-making town of Alkmaar is also a real must. The true coast lover will enjoy a wonderful time in Modern Garden!
