State Geheel is a group accommodation for up to 20 guests. A former farm, this holiday home is nestled in the forest close to Steenwijk, Overijssel, in the Netherlands. The estate on which it is located is perfect for a family getaway. Consisting of two buildings, De Bosstate has two livings that are connected to create one big room. Outside, you will find a terrace and a lawn on which the children can play. During your stay, you are free to use the steam room.

Type Comfort 6-pers. holiday home has a spacious living room with a wood-fired or electric fireplace. The comfortable open-plan kitchen has a microwave and a dishwasher. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds and on the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. You can freshen up in the bathroom with shower on the ground floor. When the weather is nice you can have a wonderful time relaxing on your terrace.
De Eekhorst
De Eekhorst ligt in het prachtige Reestdal, een oase van rust, ruimte en romantiek. Hier verblijf je in een ongedwongen sfeer, met smaakvol ingerichte gastenkamers. Deze plek is uiterst geschikt om te ontspannen en te onthaasten, bijvoorbeeld in de infraroodsauna en de ontspanruimte in de tuinkamer met bibliotheek, houtkachel en biljart. Bij deze sfeervolle woonboerderij is een grote zwem-/visvijver aanwezig. De Merens (een Frans bergpaardje) en de Shetlanders staan tot je beschikking. Het is ook mogelijk een eigen paard mee te nemen (op aanvraag), zowel stal- als weidegang zijn mogelijk. Tevens beschikt deze boerderij over een goede 20/40 rijbak. Er staan fietsen klaar om de bos- en heiderijke omgeving te verkennen. Bezoek bijvoorbeeld de ooievaars in De Wijk (8km), het kerkelijke Staphorst (13km) of het stadje Meppel (17km). Ook leuk zijn de schaapskooi van Ruinen (22 km) nabij het natuurgebied van Dwingelderveld. Attractiepark Slagharen is ook dichtbij (13km).
