Next to the livingarea you will find a room that can be used as play-area for the children or inhouse-cinema; bring your laptop and DVD’s along and use the beamer to project your movie. Great option for the whole family! The house has 7 bedrooms with in total 18 beds. 4 of them are situated on the first floor and three of them are situated on the second. The house is foreseen of enough sanitary facilities and in the master bedroom is a sauna and steam room situated. Not only the inside is marvelous, the outside is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday! A large terrace with garden furniture and even a Hot tub! Landhuis Prior

Prachtig luxe landhuis in een bosrijke omgeving in het mooie Twente. Er zijn verschillende faciliteiten aanwezig waardoor u volledig tot rust zult komen. Op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich een stoomcabine waarin u kunt genieten van de heerlijke ontspannende werking. In de zomermaanden kunt u gebruik maken van het buitenzwembad. dit zwembad bevindt zich in de tuin aan de bosrand. Hier bevindt zich ook de hottub. Deze is op houtgestookt het hele jaar door te gebruiken. Kinderen zullen zich hier niet vervelen. Zij kunnen gebruik maken van fietsjes, stepjes, een glijbaan, een trampoline en duikelstangen. Het leukste is, dat ze in het bos hutten kunnen bouwen. In de boomgaard loopt een speelpony waar de kinderen naar hartelust mee kunnen spelen of rijden. Tijdens verblijf kunt u genieten van alle rust in deze bosrijke omgeving maar met veel toeristische trekpleisters nabij. De omgeving telt veel verschillende fiets- en wandelroutes. Naast het wandelen en fietsen kan een bezoek aan het schilderstadje Ootmarsum niet ontbreken. Ootmarsum staat bekend om verschillende kunstgalerijen, musea, historische gevels en panden. Een bezoek aan dit stadje is zeker de moeite waard!
