Aan de Dijk
This restored listed gardener’s house is situated along the North Holland canal in the polders. You can get to the historical town of Alkmaar within 15 minutes and Geestmerambacht – a large nature park with little beaches and ponds – is only a couple of kilometres away. Bergen aan Zee is also about 15 minutes by car and the house has a lovely garden with a sunny patio and a playing area. The house has many original details. There is a lovely front living room, a separate dining room and a modern kitchen. A double bedroom and a bathroom are also on the ground floor. You reach the first floor via a reasonably steep staircase where there are two bedrooms and also room in the front loft space for one person to sleep. The old cabbage shed is now lived in by the owner of the property and behind this there is a waterway where you will find the rowing boat ready for use.

Renoviertes Gartenhaus, gelegen an einem Deich in der Polderlandschaft. Mit dem Rad fahren Sie in einer Viertelstunde nach Alkmaar. Auch das schöne Naturgebiet Geestmerambacht ist mit dem Rad erreichbar. Mit dem Auto fahren Sie in fünfzehn Minuten zum Strand von Bergen aan Zee. Beim Haus ist ein Garten mit Sonnenterrasse und Spielwiese. Das Haus hat viele ursprüngliche Details. Es gibt einen Wohnraum, einen Essraum und eine moderne Küche. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ebenso wie das Badezimmer. Über eine steile Treppe erreichen Sie die Etage. Dort befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer. Auf dem vorderen Dachboden ist noch eine Schlafgelegenheit. Der Eigentümer selbst wohnt in der ehemaligen Kohlenscheune. Dahinter ist ein Wassergraben. Das Ruderboot darf benutzt werden.
