Het Wagenhuys
Das Ferienhaus Wagenhuys ist das Nebengebäude eines stattlichen Bauernhauses, gelegen auf dem Lande in der Nähe von Zuid Beveland. Der kleine Strand namens Kaloot am Meeresarm Westerschelde liegt weniger als drei Kilometer von Ihrem Ferienhaus entfernt. Mit etwas Glück finden Sie dort seltene Muscheln und sogar Haifischzähne! Die beiden schönen Städte Middelburg und Goes erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in nur 20 Minuten. Das Ferienhaus ist auf 8 Personen ausgerichtet. Im Ferienhaus Wagenhuys gibt es eine gemütliche Sitz-/Essecke mit Gaskamin und großen Glas-Schiebtüren. Der Esstisch bietet 10 Gästen Platz, und auch die separate Küche ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Von hier aus führt eine Wendeltreppe ins Obergeschoss, in dem sich zwei Schlafzimmer befinden, eines davon mit drei Einzelbetten und eines mit Doppelbett. In beiden Schlafzimmern stehen Ihnen auch Waschbecken zur Verfügung. Im Erdgeschoss liegt das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschecke. In der Mitte des Nebengebäudes gibt es einen gemütlichen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Gaskamin und Esstisch für sechs Personen, der sich besonders für Kinder eignet. Außerdem liegt an der Vorderseite des Gebäudes ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett und einer kleinen Sitzecke. Von hier aus führt eine Treppe nach oben, wo es noch zwei Schlafzimmer gibt: eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und eines mit Doppelbett. Zum Haus, das an ein Naturgebiet grenzt, gehört ein großer Außenbereich mit zwei Terrassen, von denen eine mit einer gemütlichen Lounge-Ecke ausgestattet ist. Holiday house Wagenhuys is the outbuilding of a historic farmhouse that is situated in the countryside of Zuid Beveland. The beach called Kaloot on the Westerschelde with its shark teeth and beuatiful shells is located in very close vicinity, on less than 3 miles from here. The cities Goes and Middelburg are located at 20 minutes distance by car. This house is suitable for 8 persons. Wagenhuys has a cozy living-dining area with a gas fireplace and a large glass sliding door. The dining table can host 10 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers every way of comfort. In this room is a spiral staircase from which you can reach the upper floor. On this floor there are two bedrooms; one room with 3 single beds and one room with a double bed. Both rooms have a sink available. The bathroom is situated at the ground Floor and offers you a shower and a bathtub. In the middle of the outbuilding there is another cozy room with a gas fireplace and a dining table that is suitable for 6 people. This space is ideal for your children. At the front of this building there is a room with a single bed and a small sitting area. Through a staircase you can reach another floor that offers 2 bedrooms;1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Outside of the house is plenty of space and it is also adjacent to a nature reserve. There are two terraces available, one of the them with a cozy lounge area where you can relax.
