Detached modern holiday home in a small scale bungalow park right behind the dunes. Stylishly furnished for up to five persons and situated ideally with respect to beaches, dunes and the sea. In this thatched cottage, built in 2009, you will find all modern comfort you can think of. On the ground floor is a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a large sliding door to the sunny garden. The dining room has a welcoming dining table for six and in the open kitchen all modern appliances are available. The two spacious bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, in the other bedroom are three single beds. The luxurious bathroom has a whirlpool and a shower. All rooms in the house have floor heating. He garden is around the house, so you can always choose a sunny spot or sit in a more shady place. You can park your car next to the house and there’s a second parking spot in the parking space opposite the house. House Chevalier is just north of Noordwijk. You can reach the beach on foot along a hiking path through the dunes and many interesting trips can be made in the surrounding region. The owner puts three bicycles at your disposal.

The sea and the beach are on walking distance, as are the lively seafront and shopping centre. But in this house you will enjoy most of all the peace and quiet. Sie haben kein Parkplatzproblem, der Komplex hat hinter dem Gebäude einen eigenen Parkplatz. Der Strand liegt buchstäblich zu Ihren Füßen und an diesem Teil des Boulevards liegen mehrere gemütliche Strandpavillions. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß im lebhaften Zentrum von Noordwijk, und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der weiteren Umgebung sind gut erreichbar. Holiday house Claar is Kees is a former workers home near the city centre of Leyden. From here you can walk along the ancient waterways and canals into the heart of the city, but you’re also just a few kilometers away from the North Sea and its beaches. The old university city of Leyden has a lot to offer. It carries its second name ‘Museumcity’ for a reason, and there are numerous beautiful sites and historical buildings to see. Of course there are many fine restaurants and bars along the canals and the city has a wide variety of shops. Holiday home Claar is Kees is over a century old and is situated in a small dead end street near the centre. On the ground floor is the living room with a cosy sitting area (you could use the sofa bed if you want) and the dining table for four. The half open kitchen is fit with all necessary appliances. From the kitchen you have access to the typical sheltered city garden, where you can really enjoy the sun. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other room has a bunk bed. The bathroom is fit with a shower. There is an internet connection available and a kids’ playground is just a few hundred meters away as is a beautiful park. From house Claar is Kees you can easily walk into the centre of Leyden. Visit one of the many museums or the recently restored city citadel or one of the many other interesting places. A street with a bakery and some more shops is around the corner, and the bus stop and train station alre both on walking distance. The surroundings of the city are worth a visit as well. You will find all watersport facilities along the Kaag Lakes and the beaches of Noordwijk and Katwijk are nearby too. The Hague is at 20 minutes by car and cities like Haarlem, Amsterdam, Delft and Utrecht are easy to reach to. There is a trainstation at a few hundred meters from the house.

Vom Haus aus laufen Sie entlang der Ringstraßen und Grachten direkt in die historische Innenstadt, aber Sie sind auch nur zehn Kilometer vom Nordseestrand von Katwijk und Noordwijk entfernt. Die alte Universitätsstadt Leiden hat unglaublich viel zu bieten. Sie wird nicht umsonst oft die ‘Museumsstadt’ genannt, aber es gibt auch zahlreiche schöne Plätze und historische Gebäude. Natürlich gibt es um das Wasser der Grachten und Ausfallstraßen auch viele gemütliche Straßenlokale und die Stadt bietet Ihnen ein großes und abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Geschäften. Ferienhaus Claar is Kees ist mehr als ein Jahrhundert alt und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse am Rand des Zentrums. Im Erdgeschoß ist ein behagliches Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke (eventuell können Sie auch die Schlafcouch benutzen) daran schließt sich die helle, halboffene Küche an, die mit sämtlichen benötigten Geräten ausgestattet ist. Von der Küche gelangen Sie in den typischen Stadtgarten, in dem Sie wunderbar geschützt draußen sitzen können. Im ersten Stock sind zwei Schlafzimmer. Im Elternzimmer steht ein Doppelbett und im farbigen Kinderzimmer steht ein Etagenbett. Im Badezimmer ist eine Dusche. Von Haus Claar is Kees laufen Sie bequem in das Herz von Leiden mit seinen historischen Grachten und grünen Ausfallstraßen. Besuchen Sie eines von den vielen bekannten Museen oder besteigen Sie die kürzlich renovierte Burg (Burcht). Auf nur wenige Meter ist ein Stadtpark und nur ein Bisschen weiter einen Kinderspielplatz. Um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei und manche ander Geschäfte und eine Busstelle und den Bahnhof Lammenschans sind in nur wenige Gehminuten Distanz. Auch die Umgebung der Stadt bietet jedem etwas. Die Strände von Katwijk und Noordwijk liegen in der Nähe und für Wassersportler bieten die Kagerplassen (Seengebiet) viele Möglichkeiten. Den Haag ist mit dem Auto zwanzig Minuten entfernt und auch Amsterdam, Haarlem und das Groene Hart von Holland (Naturschutzgebiet) sind bequem und schnell erreichbar.

Vakantiehuis Claar is Kees is een charmant wevershuisje dat is gelegen in een knusse woonbuurt in het centrum van Leiden. U loopt vanuit het huis zo langs de singels en grachten naar de historische binnenstad, maar u bent ook slechts tien kilometer verwijderd van het Noordzeestrand van Katwijk of Noordwijk. De oude universiteitsstad Leiden heeft enorm veel te bieden. Niet voor niets wordt het vaak de ‘museumstad’ genoemd, maar er zijn ook talloze mooie plekjes en historische gebouwen. Natuurlijk zijn er rond het water van de grachten en singels ook veel gezellige terrassen en biedt de stad u een groot en gevarieerd winkelaanbod. Vakantiehuis Claar is Kees is ruim een eeuw oud en ligt in een rustig doodlopend straatje aan de rand van het centrum. Op de begane grond is een gezellige woonkamer met zithoek (eventueel kunt u ook de slaapbank gebruiken) en aansluitend is de lichte half open keuken, die voorzien is van de benodigde apparatuur. Vanuit de keuken heeft u toegang tot de typische stadstuin, waar u heerlijk beschut buiten kunt zitten. Op de eerste verdieping zijn twee slaapkamers. In de ouderslaapkamer staat een tweepersoonsbed en in de kleurige kinderkamer vindt u een stapelbed. De badkamer is voorzien van een douche. In het huis is een internetaansluiting aanwezig. Op een paar honderd meter van het huis ligt een mooi wandelpark en iets verder weg is een kinderspeeltuin. Vanuit vakantiehuis Claar is Kees loopt u gemakkelijk naar het hart van Leiden waar u de historische grachten en groene singels vindt. Bezoek een van de vele bekende musea en beklim de onlangs gerestaureerde Burcht. Om de hoek is een straat met winkels en een bushalte en het treinstation Lammenschans liggen op loopafstand. Ook de omgeving van de stad biedt voor elk wat wils. De stranden van Katwijk en Noordwijk liggen vlakbij en voor watersporters bieden de Kagerplassen alle mogelijkheden. Den Haag ligt op twintig autominuten en ook Amsterdam, Haarlem en het Groene Hart van Holland zijn gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken.

Holiday home Como is a cosy detached holiday home that lies quietly at the edge of a childfriendly and green holiday village just outside Noordwijkerhout. The village borders a lake and a small forest – dunes, beach and sea are at short distance. Above all that, in spring you live here in the middle of the colourful flowerbulb fields. The house is modern and comfortably fitted for four. In this very well kept house everyone will feel at home immediately. Complete and fresh – a style you’ll find throughout the house. On the ground floor is the livingroom, where you can sit around the fireplace, watch TV or listen to music. Then the dining area, where you can enjoy the view on the terrace from your dining chairs. The bathroom is downstairs as well and has a shower. On the first floor is an open landing with some space, where children can sit and play. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds. The sunny and enclosed garden offers you a lot of private space. In the holiday village itself are plenty of playing facilities for children and there is a small swimming beach at the lake. There is a small supermarket and two restaurants. Beach and sea are nearby ofcourse, but the cities in the area (Leiden, Haarlem) as well as attractions like the Keukenhof and Space Expo are worth your while and easy to reach.

Ferienhaus Como ist ein stimmungsvolles freistehendes Haus. Es liegt ruhig am Rande eines sehr kinderfreundlichen und mit viel Grün angelegten Bungalowparks. Der Park grenzt an einem See und die bewaldeten Dünen, der Strand und die Nordsee sind ganz in der Nähe. Außerdem wohnen Sie hier im Frühjahr zwischen farbenprächtigen Tulpenfeldern. Das Haus ist für vier Personen modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. In diesem sehr gepflegten Haus wird sich jeder schnell heimisch fühlen. Komplett und Frisch – dieser Stil setzt sich im ganzen Haus fort. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das Wohnzimmer, in dem Sie vor dem offenen Kamin sitzen können, fernsehen oder Musik hören können. Darauf folgt der Essbereich, von wo aus Sie in sehr bequemen Esszimmerstühlen die Sicht auf die Terrasse genießen können. Das Badezimmer befindet sich unten und ist mit einer Wanne ausgestattet. Der grosse Flur des ersten Stocks ist geräumig so dass Kinder schön spielen können. Weiterhin gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der sonnige und abgeschlossene Garten bietet Ihnen viel Privatsphäre. Im Park selbst gibt es genug Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und ein kleine See mit Schwimstrand ist nah an. Einen kleinen Supermarkt und zwei Restaurants sind auf dem Park. Strand und Meer sind in der Nähe, aber auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten (Keukenhof, Space Expo) und Städten der Umgebung (Den Haag, Leiden, Haarlem) sind bequem zu erreichen.
