La Gaviota
Holiday bungalow with sunny garden, suited for upto six persons. The house is situated close to the forest, dunes, beach and sea and there are may playing facilities for children nearby. An ideal family home from where you can discover the island Ameland. On the north edge of small village Ballumlies house La Gaviota in a spaciously laid out holiday village. The bright livingroom and large and sunny garden are characteristic for this house. All rooms are on ground level. The modernly furnished livingroom has a coy sitting area and there’s a large dining table for six. The kitchen is not too big, but equipped with everything you need and in the adjoining side kitchen are a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are three bedrooms, all with two single beds. The modern bathroom has a shower. The garden is all around the house with a large lawn to play on and several terraces to find a place to sit, sunny or in the shade, in the cooling breeze or sheltered. A tennis court, minigolf course and outdoor pool (family entry ticket available!) are nearby. The holiday village borders the vast dune nature reserve that covers the northern part of the island, a true paradise for hikers and cyclists. The village of Ballum is about one kilometre away.

The villa is one of a row of three and each one has its own garden with plenty of privacy and beautiful views across the Ameland landscape. WeThe Weidevilla is a true oasis of tranquillity. The animal sounds are really the only thing which can penetrate the silence! Even though you are only a kilometre away from the picturesque village of Hollum. An ideal starting point to enjoy the forests, dunes, sea and beaches. The villa has been designed and built in an Ameland farm style and boasts an attractive living room, a completely fitted out kitchen, two bathrooms and three double bedrooms. Some of the villas have a sauna and/or sun bed too. You can comfortably relax and unwind in the Weidevilla throughout the entire year. Enjoy going back in time and get that real island feeling. Ameland offers plenty of possibilities for days out: a visit to the lighthouse, the sea aquarium, recreational area ‘de Vleyen’ (ideal for children) or the lifeboat museum. Ballum, Buren, Hollum and Nes, the island’s four villages, are certainly also well worth a visit. You can make free use of all the facilities at the holiday park as a Weidevilla guest. The park includes an indoor swimming pool, a bowling alley, crazy golf and a sauna complex with a dry sauna, a Turkish swimming pool, a plunge bath, whirlpool and an infrared sauna. So plenty of active and relaxing activities on offer!

Indeling: lichte woonkamer met zithoek en panorama flatscreen tv met dvd speler en media apparatuur. Ook is er een luxe open keuken en er staat een eettafel voor 4 personen. Er zijn twee slaapkamers, voorzien van 2p.boxspringbedden met anti-allergische dekbedden. De badkamer beschikt over een ligbad/douchecombinatie en dubbele wastafels. Tot slot heeft u een eigen infra-rood sauna. U kunt gebruik maken van de wasmachine en de droger in de centrale ruimte. Tevens kunt u hier genieten van een ontspannende massage in de massagepraktijk.
