This detached family house is situated in a nice, green area, near to the beautiful forest- and dune area of Oostkapelle. In a quarter of an hour you can walk to the beach. By bike you are in five minutes in the centre and by car in twenty minutes in Middelburg or Vlissingen. Domburg and the golf course are ten minutes away, by car. Around the house is a nice garden with much space for the kids to play. This house consists of five different apartments, which can be reached via the central hall, for that reason this is an ideal group-accommodation. The apartment on the ground-floor has a living room with a lounge and adjoined to that a winter-garden which is a cozy room to relax, when the sun is shining, although it is not heated. The separate dining room has space for fourteen persons and in the nice breakfast-kitchen is a dining-table for the kids. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all utensils. There are two double rooms in this apartment and two bathrooms with a shower. The spacious garden can be reached via the winter-garden and the dining-room. There is enough space to eat outside together, there are several terraces and a playground and a climbing pole for the little kids. On the ground-floor is an apartment for two persons with a bedroom and on the first floor are three apartments for four persons with two bedrooms. All dispose of a lounge with a TV and DVD- player, a private, modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. In short, you can spend a nice time here with the whole family and yet everyone lives in the privacy of one’s home. The house is suitable for max. 14 adults and 4 children!

Deze bungalow beschikt extra over een afwasmachine, magnetron, extra lange bedden (2,10 m.) en een TV op één van de drie slaapkamers. De NL-4356-10 is een 4-pers. kindvriendelijke VIP-variant. Deze bungalow beschikt over twee slaapkamers met elk twee boxspringbedden en een kinderkamer met kinderbed en kinderbadje. De bungalow is tevens uitgerust met een kinderstoel, fornuisbeschermer, traphekje boven, omheinde tuin en afgeschermde wandcontactdozen. Als laatste is er de 8-pers. variant (NL-4356-11).
