It is situated one kilometre from the village of Bruinisse on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland which is an area of natural beauty. In the direct surroundings you can go sailing, canoeing, cycling, fishing, diving or just simply laze about on a sandy beach by the Grevelingenmeer lake or on the Noordzeestrand beach (approximately a 25 minute drive away). On the ground floor of the Buitenhuis 8-pers. country house you will find a spacious living room with (gas) open fireplace, radio/CD-player, French doors to the veranda and a conservatory with furniture. There is a luxurious open-plan kitchen and a dining table seating eight. There is also a bedroom on this floor, with an adjacent bathroom with shower or bath. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub or shower. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary The holiday park offers a variety of facilities for the young and the old including bowling alleys, mini-golf, a playground, an indoor swimming pool, bicycle rental, a café/pub, a supermarket, a tennis court, a squash court and a launderette. De villa’s zijn alle ontworpen en ingericht door de beroemde designer Piet Boon. De inrichting is modern en smaakvol. De types Boon (NL-4691-01 en NL-4691-04) beschikken over een openhaard/houtkachel. Het type Oesterdam Wellness (NL-4691-02) beschikt over een bubbelbad, infraroodsauna en sunshower.
