Holiday home with rural character on the outskirts of the little village Zonnemaire, in the polder landscape of Schouwen Duiveland, very near to the lake of Grevelingen. The Northsea beach is at a distance of eight kilometres. The lake of Grevelingen is very popular by aquatic sportsmen, divers and sportsfishermen and also a nice national park for cyclists and wanderers. The holiday home is situated in a little vacation park, consisting of 14 houses. Round the house there is a lot of space for children to play. Via a little hall you reach the living room with a cosy sitting corner, dining-table and a modern, open kitchen. On the first floor there are three sleeping rooms and a bathroom. A nice holiday home, particular for families! Deze gezellig ingerichte vakantiewoning is gelegen op de dijk richting het strand. De vakantiewoning is uniek in zijn soort aangezien er een heerlijke grote tuin achter het huis is gelegen met een groot grasveld met trampoline en een gezellig terras waar u in de zomer met zijn allen kunt Barbequeen. Loop de straat uit en u wandelt zo het strand van Nieuwvliet op. Op het strand kunt u na een heerlijke wandeling of een dagje zonnen gezellig ontspannen in de beachbar op het strand. Op de dijk vindt u ook een prachtige speeltuin met restaurant en terras waar u de kinderen naar hartelust kunt laten spelen. Niet ver van de woning is een manege gelegen vanwaar u ritten te paard over het strand of door de bossen kunt maken. Maar ook leent de omgeving zich perfect voor schitterende wandel of fiets tochten. Een dagje Sluis of zelfs Brugge is zeker de moeite waard. Ook aan de Belgische kust begeven zich schitterende plaatsjes waar u heerlijk een dag kunt vertoeven. Neem het dorpje Damme of Lissewege, beide de moeite van een bezoek waard. Of gewoon een gezellig terrasje pikken in Cadzand of Breskens mag niet vergeten worden.

This impressive detached house with a spacious garden is situated very favourable at the bottom of the dunes, two hundred meters away from the beach and in a calm part of Renesse. You can reach the centre of Renesse, with its numerous restaurants and street cafes in a ten minutes walk. The house has a spacious garden with a sunny terrace. Via the hall you’ll reach the cosy living room with a lounge, dining corner and an open fireplace. You’ll also reach the separate kitchen and the adjoining kitchen, equipped with all modern kitchen utensils. In the adjoining kitchen is also a simple shower with a separated toilet. On the ground floor you find two bedrooms, and two more on the first floor, three with an extra washbasin. A nice house for a family, in an ideal surrounding!
