Holiday house Wagenhuys is the outbuilding of a historic farmhouse that is situated in the countryside of Zuid Beveland. The beach called Kaloot on the Westerschelde with its shark teeth and beuatiful shells is located in very close vicinity, on less than 3 miles from here. The cities Goes and Middelburg are located at 20 minutes distance by car. This house is suitable for 8 persons. Wagenhuys has a cozy living-dining area with a gas fireplace and a large glass sliding door. The dining table can host 10 people. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers every way of comfort. In this room is a spiral staircase from which you can reach the upper floor. On this floor there are two bedrooms; one room with 3 single beds and one room with a double bed. Both rooms have a sink available. The bathroom is situated at the ground Floor and offers you a shower and a bathtub. In the middle of the outbuilding there is another cozy room with a gas fireplace and a dining table that is suitable for 6 people. This space is ideal for your children. At the front of this building there is a room with a single bed and a small sitting area. Through a staircase you can reach another floor that offers 2 bedrooms;1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Outside of the house is plenty of space and it is also adjacent to a nature reserve. There are two terraces available, one of the them with a cozy lounge area where you can relax. In de Polder
This elegant holiday house was built in a monumental barn, nicely reconstructed to a comfortable and luxurious holiday residence, under conservation of some authentic style elements. You walk to the village in fifteen minutes over the dike and by bike you are in a quarter of an hour at the the Veerse Meer (lake) which is favoured especially by water sportsmen, divers and fishermen. There is a little beach where you can wonderfully swim, ideal for little children. The North Sea beach near De Banjaard/Kamperland is five minutes away by car. The holiday house is situated in the rear part of the barn, with the open view upon the polder. In this rear part is another holiday house (In de Polder). There is a joint entrance, but both have their privacy, because the terraces were built at different sides of the building. The owner lives in a house at the front side of the very wide estate and there is also a mini camping. Around the house children have much space to play. There is a wing, a slide, a trampoline, also goals and a soccer ground. In the direct surrounding are many animals, like chicken, peacocks and deers. In short much to experience. You reach the house via the joint hall, than you pass the entrance door and reach the open kitchen. This is modern and equipped with all utensils, here is also the dining-table. Adjoined to that is the comfortable lounge. On the ground floor are a bedroom and a bathroom; on the first floor are another two bedrooms and a bathroom. A special extra in the house is a sauna! In short: a perfect holiday place to enjoy the quietness and wideness, for old and young.
't Kasteeltje
Karakteristiek groepshuis met een weids uitzicht over het vlakke land in het gezellige Zeeland. Verblijf met een groep van maximaal 11 personen in dit verzorgde en gezellige groepshuis. De inrichting van de woning is comfortabel met vele kamers en meerdere badkamers. Ook beschikt de villa over een mooi buitenterras met BBQ, om ‘s avonds gezellig met zijn allen te eten. Vanuit de tuin heb je weidse uitzichten over het vlakke land van Cadzand en de duinen. De Noordzee ligt op slechts 2,5 kilometer afstand. Je kunt hier heerlijk door de duinen wandelen, lekker uitwaaien of natuurlijk van de zon genieten. Het centrum van Nieuwvliet ligt op een kilometer afstand en is een prima thuisbasis voor een hele reeks activiteiten. Dagtochten naar de Belgische badplaatsen of het cultuurhistorische Gent of Brugge zijn vanuit de woning perfect te doen. Ook voor kinderen zijn vele voorzieningen binnen handbereik, waaronder Speelboerderij Pierewiet. Dit vakantiehuis een perfect verblijf voor een weekendje weg met de familie of een groep vrienden!

Das Ferienhaus SD8C liegt in einem Ferienpark am Rand des bekannten Badeortes Renesse. Nicht mal einen Kilometer enfernt befindet sich der Stand mit einem riesigen Angebot an Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Dünen, Wälder und die seeländische Polderlandschaft bilden eine wechselvolle Landschaft. Die ideale Umgebung für Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge. Das Ferienhaus SD8C ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke und eine offene Küche. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Außerdem ist eine große Terrasse mit ausreichend Gartenmöbeln und einem Fahrradschuppen vorhanden. In dem Ferienpark Soeten Haert kann jeder etwas erleben. So können sich die Kinder zum Beispiel auf dem Spielplatz oder dem Sportplatz amüsieren. Auch das nahgelegene Schwimmbad kann von ihnen genutzt werden. Naturfreunde sollten die Umgebung vor allem auf dem Fahrrad oder bei ausgedehnten Spaziergängen entdecken. Fahrräder können im Ferienpark ausgeliehen werden. Das Ferienhaus SD8C ist das ideale Reiseziel für die ganze Familie. Über Himmelfahrt, Pfingsten und Fronleichnam verbleiben größtenteils Jugendlichen auf dieses Ferienpark. Weil dies Familien belästigen kann, sind Familien mit jungen Kindern in diesen Zeiträume nicht erlaubt. In diesen Zeiträume ist die Endreinigung verpflichtet und zahlt man 100€ Kaution pro Person.
