Klein Berkenbosch
This elegant holiday house was built in the barn of a farm, dated from 1691 and formerly served as an Orangerie for ‘Buitenplaats Berkenbosch’ situated a bit further away in the forest. It is in the meantime a protected state monument and was wonderfully converted into a comfortable and luxurious holiday-domicile.Through the nature reserve you will reach the beach in a ten minutes walk and on youre bike you will be in the village within ten minutes. The holiday house is situated at the far end of the barn (where is also the house of the owner) and offers the clear view upon the pasture-ground and woodland situated at the backside, which also belongs to the property of the owner. In front of the house is a terrace, from here you enter the house and the elegant living room which a lounge and a dining table. Adjoined to that is the kitchen, equipped with all modern utensils and very complete. The bedrooms are all comfortable and elegant with a raftered ceiling. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a bath, shower-corner and two wash-basins. A holiday-domicile with atmosphere for everybody who loves sillence, nature and the beach.

De Spreeuwenpot
Dit kleine maar knusse vakantiehuisje is gelegen in het buitengebied van het Zeeuwse Veere. Deze locatie grenst direct aan het bosrijke natuurgebied met vele wandel- en ruiterpaden. Het Veerse meer is gelegen op slechts 200m afstand en biedt vele mogelijkheden voor het beoefenen van watersporten. Het Noordzeestrand van Vrouwenpolder ligt op slechts 5km afstand. Op het Zeeuwse eiland Walcheren kunt u veel leuke uitstapjes maken naar onder andere; het historische centrum van Veere, Middelburg, Domburg en Vlissingen. Op het terrein liggen meerdere vakantiewoningen en een mini-camping.

Karakteristiek groepshuis met een weids uitzicht over het vlakke land in het gezellige Zeeland. Verblijf met een groep van maximaal 11 personen in dit verzorgde en gezellige groepshuis. De inrichting van de woning is comfortabel met vele kamers en meerdere badkamers. Ook beschikt de villa over een mooi buitenterras met BBQ, om ‘s avonds gezellig met zijn allen te eten. Vanuit de tuin heb je weidse uitzichten over het vlakke land van Cadzand en de duinen. De Noordzee ligt op slechts 2,5 kilometer afstand. Je kunt hier heerlijk door de duinen wandelen, lekker uitwaaien of natuurlijk van de zon genieten. Het centrum van Nieuwvliet ligt op een kilometer afstand en is een prima thuisbasis voor een hele reeks activiteiten. Dagtochten naar de Belgische badplaatsen of het cultuurhistorische Gent of Brugge zijn vanuit de woning perfect te doen. Ook voor kinderen zijn vele voorzieningen binnen handbereik, waaronder Speelboerderij Pierewiet. Dit vakantiehuis een perfect verblijf voor een weekendje weg met de familie of een groep vrienden!

In only five minutes walk to the beautiful North-Sea beach of Vrouwenpolder, you will find this cosy holiday home with a nice, sunny garden, with much space for the children to play.The house is situated in a recreation centre, directly behind the dunes, the area is calm and there is no traffic in the surroundings. Around the house is a spacious garden with a marvellous terrace, where you can enjoy the sun already in an early time of the year. Via the garden door you reach the elegant living room with a sitting corner and a cosy dining corner. There is also a separate kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. Two small bedrooms are on the ground floor. Via steps in the living room, you reach an attic. A nice familyhouse close to the beach! Attention please: week 53 starts at Monday 28/12 and departue is on Monday 04/01, only for rent for 1 week 28/12 and departure is on tober, 6 nights Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.
