The luxurious CAL10A holiday villa has a beautiful location in a park by the Zeeland coast, close to the welcoming seaside resort of Cadzand. The park has, among other things, various restaurants, an indoor swimming pool and a playground for young children. It is only a short walk through the village to reach the North Sea beach. Holiday home CAL10A is a luxurious villa with a sauna and is suitable for a group of a maximum of 10 people. Via the light living room, through the French doors, you gain access to the terrace, which is a great place to eat outside, weather permitting. On the ground floor of the holiday villa there is a bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. You will find the other 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor. The sauna is also on this floor. In addition the holiday home has storage where you can leave your bicycle. The Résidence Cadzand-Bad holiday park is an ideal base for a holiday in the province of Zeeland. In the lively village of Cadzand and town of Sluis you will find welcoming shops and top restaurants. The historic cities of Bruges and Ghent are half an hour from here. The surrounding areas are wonderful for cycling trips. Space for storing your bicycles is provided outside the villa. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary. At the moment the holiday park is still under development. The management of the park will do their utmost to make sure that any inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

Ferienhaus ZL ist ein komfortables, freistehendes Ferienhaus in einem Familienurlaubspark auf der Insel Schouwen-Duivenland. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie das Grevelingemeer und die Nordseeküste ist auch nur fünf Kilometer von diesem Ferienhaus entfernt. Ferienhaus ZL hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und eine offene Küche, die mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Die Sauna und die separate Dusche befinden sich ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss. Im ersten Stock sind drei Schlafzimmer sowie das Badezimmer mit Whirlpool zu finden. Außerdem steht Ihnen der Garten mit ausreichend Gartenmöbeln zur Verfügung. Die Ferienanlage Zeeland Village bietet viele Möglichkeiten. So gibt es zum Beispiel Tennisplätze, Sport- und Spielplätze, Tischtennisplatten und die Möglichkeit zu angeln. Auch in der Umgebung des Ferienhauses kann man viel erleben. So kann man das quirlige Renesse schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichen und auch ein Besuch des Deltaparks Neeltje Jans ist möglich. Überdies kann man auf der Insel Schouwen-Duoivenland herrlichen Wander- und Radwegen folgen. Wichtig: Über Himmelfahrt, Pfingsten und Fronleichnam verbleiben größtenteils Jugendlichen auf dieses Ferienpark. Weil dies Familien belästigen kann, sind Familien mit jungen Kindern in diesen Zeiträume nicht erlaubt. In diesen Zeiträume ist die Endreinigung verpflichtet und zahlt man 100€ Kaution pro Person.

Zeer compleet ingericht chalet met ruime moderne living. Voorzien van centrale verwarming en gashaard. Luxe keuken met o.a. een koel- vriescombinatie, combimagnetron en geintegreerde vaatwasser. Drie slaapkamers elk voorzien met twee eenpersoonsbedden, ruime badkamer met douchecabine en een gescheiden toiletruimte. Erg ruim gemeubileerd terras.Er is parkeergelegenheid nabij het chalet op de centrale parkeerplaats.
In De Boogerd
De vele ruimtes en slaapkamers in ‘Hoeve Zonzijde’ maken deze accommodatie zeer geschikt voor diverse groepen zoals families en vriendengroepen tot 34 personen. Maar ook als uitvalsbasis voor bijvoorbeeld cursussen, opleidingen of teambuilding. Er is een ruime woonkamer met haardkachel met open keuken en een aparte eetzaal met lange eettafel. Daarnaast is er nog een aparte TV kamer, en nog een extra keuken. Het huis beschikt over een tafeltennistafel, schommel, sjoelbak, tafelvoetbal en hockeysticks met doelen. Het grote privé speelveld bij de accommodatie biedt veel ruimte voor diverse sporten. Er is een zeer ruim terras met tuinmeubilair zodat je lekker buiten kunt zitten. Het terras is met druivenranken overgroeid. Uiteraard is gratis draadloos internet aanwezig. Parkeren kan op een eigen parkeerplaats naast de woning.
