The hustling and bustling city of Middelburg lies about 9 kilometres from the holiday villa. The location is ideal for water-sports enthusiasts and is a great holiday spot for families. On entering Veerse Kom you will be pleasantly surprised by the charm of this waterside villa. The light living room has a welcoming seating area and the dining area is a wonderful place to have extensive dinners with the entire family. Furthermore you will have an open-plan kitchen at your disposal, equipped with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor of the holiday villa there are also two bedrooms with two single beds and a luxurious bathroom with shower, bathtub and washbasin. On the first floor there is another spacious double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. At the holiday park of the Veerse Kom there is plenty to do for young and old alike. For example there is a swimming pond/natural beach, a playground and even a mini-golf course.

Außerdem verfügt das Haus über eine moderne, offene Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten) sowie ein modernes Bad mit bodenebener Dusche. Holiday home with rural character on the outskirts of the little village Zonnemaire, in the polder landscape of Schouwen Duiveland, very near to the lake of Grevelingen. The Northsea beach is at a distance of eight kilometres. The lake of Grevelingen is very popular by aquatic sportsmen, divers and sportsfishermen and also a nice national park for cyclists and wanderers. The holiday home is situated in a little vacation park, consisting of 14 houses. Round the house there is a lot of space for children to play. Via a little hall you reach the living room with a cosy sitting corner, dining-table and a modern, open kitchen. On the first floor there are three sleeping rooms and a bathroom. A nice holiday home, particular for families! Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.
