Villa Hofstede is a large holiday home for ten people, situated in the beautiful town of Bruinisse. You will have a terrace with garden furniture at your disposal. Enjoy a house that is equipped with all modern conveniences and where you can completely relax. It is situated one kilometre from the village of Bruinisse on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland which is an area of natural beauty. In the direct surroundings you can go sailing, canoeing, cycling, fishing, diving or just simply laze about on a sandy beach by the Grevelingenmeer lake or on the Noordzeestrand beach (approximately a 25 minute drive away). From the living room of Villa Hofstede you gain access to the garden via French doors, where you can enjoy the sunshine from your garden chair. On the ground floor you will also find the comfortable open-plan kitchen which has, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. Finally there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower on this floor. The first floor of the holiday villa has no less than three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds (box spring) and a bunk bed, and two with two single beds (box spring). The bathroom on this floor has a shower. The layout/furnishings, exterior and location of the holiday homes may vary The holiday park offers a variety of facilities for the young and the old including bowling alleys, mini-golf, a playground, an indoor swimming pool, bicycle rental, a café/pub, a supermarket, a tennis court, a squash court and a launderette. This exceptional old farmhouse, more than hundred years old, is situated in the Zuid Bevelandse polder area, in the centre of sheltered flower dikes and orchards, very quiet in the centre of nature, a nice starting point for bike tours and trips to the different cities in the neighborhood or a day on the beach. The small beach at the river of the Westerschelde can be reached by bike in twenty minutes, the bigger beaches in Vlissingen and Domburg can be reached by car in about thirty minutes. Cities as Goes and Middelburg are about fourteen and twelve kilometers away. Around the house is a nice, well-cared garden, surrounded by an orchard. In the backyard are several seats in the sun as well as in the shadow, there is a sheltered terrace where you can sit well-protected, even when the weather is not fine and enjoy the living outside. Via the hall you get into the cozy living room, modern furnished with a dining-corner and a lounge with a homey wood-burning stove. Here are also the steps to the first floor with two bedrooms, one of them with a wash-basin and a television on which you can watch only videos. On the ground-floor is a separate modern kitchen, equipped with all utensils. Adjoined to that is the part of the house which formerly was a farm barn but is renovated now with much taste. There is a bedroom with a twin bed and a wash-basin, a luxurious bathroom with a spacious shower, twin wash-basin and W.C. and even another shower room with a toilet. In short a very elegant and comfortable house in an ideal area, a place to rest and enjoy the living outside. You can only book this house with max. four adults and two children.
