Welvaren van Middelburg is een uniek vakantiehuis met een rustige ligging, aan de rand van het centrum. U fietst in tien minuten naar hartje Middelburg met zijn bezienswaardigheden, musea, winkels en gezellige terrasjes, zoals op de Markt. In twintig minuten fietst u naar het strand bij Dishoek. U komt vakantiehuis Welvaren van Middelburg binnen in de hal. Deze komt uit op een bijzondere ruimte met een gezellig zitje vanwaar u uitkijkt op de voorzijde van het huis. Vervolgens gaat u door de grote glazen pui naar de ruime woonkamer met zithoek rond de televisie en een zithoek waar u uitzicht heeft op de achtertuin. Ook staat hier de gezellige eettafel en is er een open keuken. Op de eerste etage van vakantiehuis Welvaren van Middelburg zijn drie slaapkamers te vinden, waarvan eentje met aansluitend een eigen badkamer met douche, dubbele wastafel en toilet. De tweede badkamer heeft een douche, wastafel en toilet. Deze etage is gedeeltelijk open door middel van een vide die is afgeschermd met staaldraden. Via de achterdeur van Welvaren Middelburg komt u in de mooi aangelegde achtertuin waar u heerlijk rustig kunt zitten. De eigenaren van Welvaren Middelburg wonen in een vrijstaand huis ernaast. U heeft de beschikking over een groot deel van de tuin, ten dele afgeschermd met beplanting waardoor zowel u als de eigenaren alle privacy hebben. Vanwege de indeling achten wij dit huis niet geschikt voor kinderen onder de 12 jaar.

Holiday home with rural character on the outskirts of the little village Zonnemaire, in the polder landscape of Schouwen Duiveland, very near to the lake of Grevelingen. The Northsea beach is at a distance of eight kilometres. The lake of Grevelingen is very popular by aquatic sportsmen, divers and sportsfishermen and also a nice national park for cyclists and wanderers. The holiday home is situated in a little vacation park, consisting of 14 houses. Round the house there is a lot of space for children to play. Via a little hall you reach the living room with a cosy sitting corner, dining-table and a modern, open kitchen. On the first floor there are three sleeping rooms and a bathroom. A nice holiday home, particular for families! Important Information: To guarantee the quality of our holiday homes we have decided to decline groups of younger people, bachelor parties etc. The owner only allows families.
Orchis B 6-persoons
This detached holiday home is situated in a cosy family park in the lower part of Zuid-Beveland. The park is surrounded by greenery and is approximately a 15 minute drive from Goes and half an hour from Middelburg. Adjacent to the park lies the "De Stelleplas", a fresh-water lake of ten hectares. A great place to go fishing, or take a wonderful walk and enjoy nature. Holiday home Orchis B 6-persoons is equipped with all conveniences. On the ground floor is the living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor. After a tiring day out you can completely relax on the terrace at Orchis B 6-persoons. The holiday park where Orchis B 6-persoonsis located has plenty to offer to all ages. For example, in the summer a fun recreation programme is drawn up for the children. There is also a playground with play equipment, you can play ‘jeu-de-boules’ (petanque) and hire go-carts and bicycles. For a wonderful meal go to the brasserie, the restaurant or the snack bar. There is a heated open-air swimming pool and a 40 metre long slide.* For the small children there is a separate children’s pool.* In Goes, about ten minutes drive from holiday home Orchis Sauna 6-persoons, is the indoor water park of Sportpunt Zeeland. As a guest of the park you can make use of this free of charge. If you like to go fishing in the Stelleplas you will need a fishing license. You can obtain one via reception. Of course it is also wonderful to go out and explore the area outside the park. Zuid-Beveland consists of numerous small villages, and Goes, a town which is certainly worth a visit. Enjoy a delicious lunch at the market or stroll along the long shopping streets in search of something beautiful. And why not get on a bike and take a beautiful cycling tour so that you get a good picture of this beautiful Zuid-Beveland polder landscape. Erg ruim gemeubileerd terras.Er is parkeergelegenheid nabij het chalet op de centrale parkeerplaats.
