Holiday house "Genieten aan Zee" ("Enjoyment at the Sea") is a stylish duplex near the Kurhaus and the pier of Scheveningen. The house is situated in a lively street and the beach is at 5 minutes walking distance. You can reach the cozy center of The Hague within 10 minutes by car or you can take a tram. The house can accommodate 4 people, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children. You are able to park your car in the street by using the parking ticket from the owner. The living room has a lovely sitting area that you can close with the beautiful characteristic doors. There is a simple open kitchen which is fully equipped and a dining table that seats 6 people. On the first floor are three bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with a single bed. The third bedroom has a cool loft bed. The modern bathroom offers a shower and a bath and is located on the first floor as well. Through the open doors you can reach the terrace, where your children can play and have fun on the climbing frame or the rink. Of course the beach offers even more fun for your children to play, whilst you can enjoy a drink in the sun at one of the trendy terraces. The beach and the promenade with the famous Pier are within walking distance of the house, just as the center of Scheveningen where you can shop. The beach, the sea and the promenade within walking distance and the lively shopping and entertainment center of Noordwijk within reach – if that’s your idea of the perfect beach holiday, Maarten’s Strand is your perfect holiday home! This comfortable house is very centrally located and fully equipped for six people. Holiday home Maarten’s Strand is in the center of Noordwijk and has three floors. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, where both the front and the back have a balcony. Through the spiral staircase to reach the second floor where there are two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed and one of the rooms also has a balcony. In the bathroom on this floor you have a bath and toilet. On the second floor is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Obviously you dispose of wireless internet in this house and also there is a private car park at the rear – very pleasant on sunny beach days. From your holiday home you can walk straight into the lively center where you will find a variety of shops, but also numerous restaurants and some good nightlife. These you will also find of course along the boulevards, both almost literally around the corner. And within a few minutes you can have your feet in the surf of the North Sea and you will find a nice spot on the beach. Noordwijk has much more to offer besides the beach, and also the environment is particularly attractive. There are extensive hiking and cycling opportunities (in the spring the blooming flower fields around Noordwijk are spectacular!) and a visit to Space Expo is very worthwhile. But you can also go supping, kite-surfing or test yourself on a scooter safari in the dunes! Interesting cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague are all quickly and easy to reach – by car or by public transport.

Ferienapartment Cita eignet sich für vier bis fünf Personen und liegt direkt am Boulevard von Noordwijk. Erleben Sie den Strand, die Nordsee und die Dünen vor Ihrer Tür und genießen Sie diesen wundervollen Ort an der Küste. Apartment Cita liegt im zweiten Stock eines klein angelegten Apartmentgebäudes am südlichen Boulevard von Noordwijk. Sie verfügen über ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht über die Nordsee. Dort stehen eine gemütliche Sitzecke und ein Esstisch für sechs Personen. Die offene Küche ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt nötig haben. Es sind drei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, im größten steht ein Doppelbett. Im zweiten steht ein Etagenbett und im letzten Zimmer ein Einzelbett. Im modernen Badezimmer gibt es eine Wanne. Vom Wohnzimmer und vom großen Schlafzimmer gelangen Sie auf den nach Westen liegenden Balkon. Hier können Sie wunderbar in der Sonne sitzen, und sehen abends, mit einem guten Glas Wein in der Hand, die Sonne in der Nordsee untergehen. Sie haben kein Parkplatzproblem, der Komplex hat hinter dem Gebäude einen eigenen Parkplatz. Der Strand liegt buchstäblich zu Ihren Füßen und an diesem Teil des Boulevards liegen mehrere gemütliche Strandpavillions. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß im lebhaften Zentrum von Noordwijk, und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der weiteren Umgebung sind gut erreichbar. Sie sind innerhalb einer halben Stunde auch in Den Haag, Leiden oder Haarlem und sogar Amsterdam liegt nicht viel weiter weg.
