House Meeuwennest 2 is a detached modern holiday home in a small scale bungalow park right behind the dunes. Stylishly furnished for up to five persons and situated ideally with respect to beaches, dunes and the sea. In this cottage you will find all modern comfort you can think of. On the groundfloor is a bright living room with a comfortable sitting area and a large sliding door to the sunny garden. The dining room has a welcoming dining table for six and in the open kitchen all modern appliances are available. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, one other bedroom has two single beds and the last room has one single bed. The bathroom has a washing basin and a shower. All rooms in the ground floor have floor heating. The garden is around the house, so you can always choose a sunny spot or sit in a more shady place. You can park your car next to the house and there’s a second parking spot in the parking space near the house. House Meeuwennest is just north of Noordwijk. You can reach the beach on foot along a hiking path through the dunes and many interesting trips can be made in the surrounding region.

In de winter ligt de Catherina afgemeerd in de Veerhaven in hartje Rotterdam, op steenworp afstand van de plek waar de watertaxi naar hotel "New York" aanlegt. Je hebt er een prachtig uitzicht op de nieuwe Erasmusbrug en de "Kop van Zuid", ook wel genoemd: "Het Manhattan aan de Maas". Tegen bijbetaling ter plaatse is het ook mogelijk om uit varen te gaan. Neem hiervoor contact op met de schipper minimaal een week voordat u gaat! Al met al ideaal voor een fantastisch verblijf in de binnenstad van havenstad Rotterdam. Extra informatie: Dekbedden en kussen maken onderdeel uit van het linnenpakket dat u kunt huren. De mogelijkheid bestaat ook om zelf een slaapzak of eigen dekbed en linnengoed mee te nemen. The beach, the sea and the promenade within walking distance and the lively shopping and entertainment center of Noordwijk within reach – if that’s your idea of the perfect beach holiday, Maarten’s Strand is your perfect holiday home! This comfortable house is very centrally located and fully equipped for six people. Holiday home Maarten’s Strand is in the center of Noordwijk and has three floors. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor, where both the front and the back have a balcony. Through the spiral staircase to reach the second floor where there are two bedrooms. Both feature a double bed and one of the rooms also has a balcony. In the bathroom on this floor you have a bath and toilet. On the second floor is a cozy sleeping loft with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. In the laundry room you will find a washer and dryer. Obviously you dispose of wireless internet in this house and also there is a private car park at the rear – very pleasant on sunny beach days. From your holiday home you can walk straight into the lively center where you will find a variety of shops, but also numerous restaurants and some good nightlife. These you will also find of course along the boulevards, both almost literally around the corner. And within a few minutes you can have your feet in the surf of the North Sea and you will find a nice spot on the beach. Noordwijk has much more to offer besides the beach, and also the environment is particularly attractive. There are extensive hiking and cycling opportunities (in the spring the blooming flower fields around Noordwijk are spectacular!) and a visit to Space Expo is very worthwhile. But you can also go supping, kite-surfing or test yourself on a scooter safari in the dunes! Interesting cities such as Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague are all quickly and easy to reach – by car or by public transport.
