Karakteristiek huis in één van de oudste straatjes van Noordwijk. Van binnen is dit huis volledig gerenoveerd en geschikt gemaakt voor twee volwassenen en twee tot vier kinderen. U woont in het rustige en sfeervolle hart van Noordwijk, terwijl zee, strand en boulevard binnen enkele minuten te bereiken zijn. In het oudste deel van Noordwijk ligt dit bijna volledig gerestaureerde, markante vakantiehuis. Vanaf de lommerrijke straat betreedt u het huis en bereikt u door de antieke glazen deur allereerst de keuken. Deze is half open en verbonden met de woonkamer, waar u behalve de stijlvol ingerichte zithoek bij de open haard ook de gezellige eettafel voor zes personen aantreft. Vanuit de woonkamer betreedt u via de openslaande deuren de tuin. Op de eerste verdieping zijn drie slaapkamers. Twee stijlvol ingerichte (kinder)kamers, beide met combinatie bedden voor een of twee personen. De ouderslaapkamer heeft een nostalgisch tweepersoonsbed en een balkon. De stijlvolle moderne badkamer heeft een duobad, stortdouche en een dubbele wastafel. De zonnige tuin is een ware buitenkamer met twee terrassen en prachtige groene aankleding. De stoere eethoek achterin de tuin laat u lang van de zomeravond genieten, terwijl de comfortabele zithoek voor in de tuin zowel beschutting als zon bied. De buitendouche en barbecue maken het buitenleven compleet. In het sfeervolle centrum van Noordwijk-Binnen vindt u winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, terwijl de zee en het strand gemakkelijk in enkele minuten te bereiken zijn.

Schelpenbank
‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage. You’ll be able to get to the beach in robe and slippers, Noordwijk centre is five minutes away and the view is stunning!
Lazy Lizard
Holiday house Lazy Lizard is situated along the edge of the dunes just outside Noordwijk aan Zee. This detached house is suited for four persons and is on a small and quiet family park on walking distance from the sea and the beach. Holiday home Lazy Lizard first of all offers you a lot of peace and quiet in a place where your children can enjoy themselves as well. It is a typical holiday home and the owner succeeded in making an easy, practical and comfortable place where you can relax completely. There is a living room with a sitting area around the fireplace and a dining table. There is a compact open kitchen that is fit with all appliances. The two adjoining bedrooms are downstairs too – one of which has a double bed and the other one a bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a shower. You can sit outside on the large porch terrace in almost any weather conditions and you can enjoy the sun or play in the garden, that is fully enclosed and offers optimal privacy. There are several playing fields and playgrounds for kids in the small scale park and when you cross the road you can walk through the dunes to the beach. The owner puts two bicycles at your disposal to discover the surroundings. They are the ideal means of transportation to reach the beach and to explore the stretched dune area. Besides the beach and sea there are many interesting places to visit in the region (ESA Space Expo, Keukenhof, Linnaeushof) and you can easily reach cities like Leyden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague from your holiday home.
