In the dunes on the southern edge of Noordwijk is this recently completely renovated villa – wonderfully located on an dune’s top, stylishly furnished and very comfortable. You enter the house through the bright hall and from there you go into the very spacious livingroom, where the sitting area is put around the fireplace. There’s a large dining table for eight. All modern appliances are available in the open kitchen, among which an american model fridge. There are three bedrooms on the first floor (all with seaview!). The extraordinary spacious master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony, the other two bedrooms have a single bed. These rooms have balcony as well. The luxurious bathroom has a bath (whirlpool), shower and a toilet. The fourth bedroom is in the basement and has a twin bed. The second bathroom is on this level too and has a bath. The inbuilt garage offers space for two cars, the four bicycles you can use are also here as is the table tennis table. The typical dune-garden has a large sheltered and sunny terrace and a trampoline for the kids. A wonderful holiday villa, centrally located in the many-sided dutch coastal area.

‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage. You’ll be able to get to the beach in robe and slippers, Noordwijk centre is five minutes away and the view is stunning!
