The bright living room has a sitting area and a dining table for four. Through the sliding door you can reach the cozy balcony where you can sit in the sun until late in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and the compact bathroom with shower is neat. There is a playing room with TV for the children where there is also an extra washing basin and possibly space for a cot. On the top floor (the attic) you first enter the master bedroom. Here you have the large window with a surprising view on the boulevard, even from the double bed! Through the small entrance door you can reach the adjoining children’s bedroom. Here are two single beds. Enjoy this authentic and original accommodation at an ideal spot! And don’t worry about parking your car – it can be parked easily in the private garage behind the building. Both beach and sea are at your doorstep and there are many cosy terraces along the beach as well as on the recently fully redesigned boulevard. The many-sided center of Katwijk is around the corner and all the interesting places in the surrounding area are quickly and easily to reach.

‘Schelpenbank’ appartment is located in the Duinroos Residence on the beach front and gives you direct private access to the hotel and all that it offers. Another private exit gives direct access to the pavilion and beach. You can enjoy all sea views from a large balcony along the front of the appartment. The apartment is reached by a lift to the seventh floor from the foyer of Residence Duinroos. From the lift the apartment is reached via a carpeted hallway. Through the apartment hallway you reach the open plan kitchen – diner – livingroom which gives acces to the wide balcony as does the bedroom. Parking is easy and safe in the cellar garage. You’ll be able to get to the beach in robe and slippers, Noordwijk centre is five minutes away and the view is stunning!
