This delightful detached holiday home is situated in a spacious holiday park near Lake IJsselmeer, within walking distance of the convivial centre of Medemblik. This is the perfect setting for water lovers. Cross the dike and you are on the banks of Lake IJsselmeer! And there is a marina nearby, soif you want to bring a boat with you, you can arrange a mooring. Next to your holiday home there is also a small jetty onto a waterway where you can go fishing and sailing. Your holiday home has a large, lovely living room with a view of the garden and the water. The open kitchen is modern. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom (with sauna) on the first floor. At the holiday park you can hire an open boat with an ultra quiet electric motor and sail along a special route. A visit to the neighbouring sailing centre is also highly recommended. On warm summer days you can enjoy hanging out on the beach, which is just 200 metres away. And if the weather is not that good you can enjoy the water in the covered swimming pool just around the corner. Or you might like to spend the day in Medemblik – the oldest town in West Friesland.
