Beautiful renovated farm situated on a spacious estate of 5 hectare, in the middle of a stretched out site of forest and nature, only half an hour away from Enschede. A perfect location for family and friends to enjoy the luxury and comfort combined with de freedom of the country live. Do you want to get out for the weekend? Groots Twente is a large farmhouse like you see often in the area of Twente. The inside is cosy decorated with all the modern comfort. The spacious kitchen is on the ground floor with a large wooden dining table, large terrace and a lounging area. Next to the livingarea you will find a room that can be used as play-area for the children or inhouse-cinema; bring your laptop and DVD’s along and use the beamer to project your movie. Great option for the whole family! The house has 7 bedrooms with in total 18 beds. 4 of them are situated on the first floor and three of them are situated on the second. The house is foreseen of enough sanitary facilities and in the master bedroom is a sauna and steam room situated. Not only the inside is marvelous, the outside is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic holiday! A large terrace with garden furniture and even a Hot tub! During the summer there will be an outdoor swimming pool on the lawn specially for you.* A perfect house for a holiday with the familie.
