On the edge of the village of Brummen in the province of Gelderland you will find this detached former farmhouse with a private heated swimming pool. In the vast and peaceful surroundings of the Cortenoever holiday home you can take beautiful walks and cycling trips. The centre of Zutphen, with many welcoming shops and restaurants, is only 7 kilometres away. Via the hallway of the Cortenoever holiday home you gain access to the authentic living room with a seating area and an open fireplace. From here you can enjoy the beautiful view over the spacious garden. The dining table is large enough for the entire family. Adjacent to the living room there is a rural, fully equipped kitchen. There are also two double bedrooms on the ground floor. One of these gives direct access to the bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double washbasin. This bathroom can also be reached from the hallway. On the first floor of the holiday home you will find the third bedroom with two single beds and a small bathroom with a shower and a washbasin. Thanks to its unique location the holiday home is the ideal spot to enjoy the space and the surroundings with the entire family. With your own swimming pool in the garden, Cortenoever has so much to offer you that you don’t even have to leave the house!
