This stylish furnished holiday house is situated in the centre of the Polder, five kilometers distant from the beach in Cadzand and five minutes by bike from the little, cozy village Zuidzande. You can reach Oostburg by car within ten minutes. The location is ideal, very quiet on the property of a farm with a big pear garden besides the house of the owner. The house is a part of an entire new farm. Fifteen kilometers distant is the lively Belgian Knokke and also the cozy Belgian cities as Bruges and Gent are close by. Via the hall of the house you get into a spacious living room, stylish furnished in brown colors, with a big dining-table, a comfortable lounge and a nice, modern kitchen with cooking island and several utensils. The sliding doors lead to the terrace at the front side. Via the steps in the living room you get to the first floor with three bedrooms, one of them a family room with a double bed and a sleeping bench for two, ideal for children. Here is also the modern bathroom with tub, shower, double-basin and toilet. In the centre of the farm is a sauna, you can book it by the owners. The entrance is at the backside and here is also a terrace with sun loungers, a picnic bench and an outside shower to relax after the sauna. At the front side of the holiday house is a children’s play-ground with a trampoline, toys and a wing. If you want to become active you can use the tennis court (grass) if the weather is fine. In short, a perfect holiday place for old and young people to enjoy the silence and the free space. Well suited to book it in combination with the holiday house ‘Conference’ for a group up to 16 Persons
