This modern country house is located at the foot of the beautiful Groet forest and dune area. You can reach the beach at Schoorl aan Zee or Camperduin by bicycle in just ten minutes. You will also have plenty of opportunities for exploring the beautiful area surrounding the North Holland dune reserve with the extensive network of walking and cycling routes. Groet boasts several cosy restaurants, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner after a long walk or bike ride. The living room has been attractively furnished with a spacious lounge area and a cosy open fire. The large dining table offers excellent views of the garden and the North Holland polder landscape. The cosy kitchen with adjoining utility room is equipped with all modern conveniences. You will find two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and the bathroom with a bath on the first floor. One extra double bed is situated in a room (with windows), which van be reached by some steep stairs and a shutter in the scullery (perfect for extra children). The garden is large enough for a game of football, but also offers those looking for peace and tranquillity plenty of options.
